Been to this location several times with no issues. However, had a small issue today. Placed an order was told it would be 30 minutes for it to be done. Waited in my car for 30 minutes picked up the order drove home and it was incorrect. I am a little upset with myself because I shouldâve checked to ensure it was correct before I left. So I made it all the way home realized this was incorrect order and called back to explain the situation. They wanted to know the receipt number and requested that I take a picture of the incorrect order- This must happen to them a lot because I felt very shamed ⌠As if they thought I was trying to get something for free. I only wanted the correct order that I paid for. So I drove all the way back to the store. At this point I was very frustrated with myself and with the store for giving me the incorrect order. As I am on my way I get a phone call from them asking what I ordered so that it could be ready when I got there. Once I got there I handed them the incorrect order- and then had to wait for my correct order-which I was told would be ready. Mistakes happen and Iâm fine with that I just wish that instead of nearly accusing me of trying to get something for free that they would have owned up to the mistake. The saving grace was that there was one person in the store that was friendly. She was the person that they were sending to deal with me upfront- as I could hear then talking in the back. She did offer me a coupon - which I did decline. Again, I only wanted what I ordered and paid forâŚ.and possibly a little apology.    Read moreLast week was my mom's birthday and my sister-in-law who lives in Georgia wanted to send her the cake as a gift so she ordered it online and my mom just had to pick it up. My mom is a 69-year-old lady and she doesn't speak English but she tries to. She went in and showed the receipt that my sister-in-law sent her to pick up the cake, and apparently they asked her if she wanted it in a box or in a transparent bag, my mom only said "bag" because that was what she can barely understand. The young woman who attended her only smiled mockingly but my mom didn't pay attention, then another one came out and between the two they talked and this one also smiled in a mocking way and two more people came out with the same attitude towards my mom. She feels bad and frustrated because they were obviously making fun of her so she grab the cake and ask her âdid you speak Spanishâ and the lady answer NO and my mom said âwell me no speak English, thank youâ. My mom just told me this and she was so sad when she told me, I can't understand how there can be so little empathy on the part of someone who works to serve the public. Please train your staff to be more human, I don't expect them to attend in Spanish but I think it has a lot of merit that someone like my mom tries to speak in another language that is not hers and that is not a reason for mockery but for admiration.I went there 3 times and all the time the cakes were delicious and the cake she get was amazing too as always but for me that is no the most important if I feel you guys donât respect my mom as a client I donât have any reason to come back to your business. I wasnât going to be able to get it by then. Showed up to store at 515 pm. To be told we are out to f the dulce leche bundlets. Mind ya these costs 6.75 while the others costs 5.75. So of course I ask why wasnât my order put to the side, since itâs paid for online???? The cashier was polite and said I dunno. Okay get your supervisor please. Supervisor no name badge, attitude comes from the back I can refund or you can come back tomorrow? My response same as above but with an equal attitude as Iâm the angry complaining customer. Her response itâs first come first serve, so me paying ahead is not first come. Refund. She takes down my name and number which you should already have since I have an online account that order came through on. I ask for her name since she never gave it or wasnât wearing a name badge. TARA wearing no hairnet coming from the bakery. After asking for her name, since I had an attitude she gave me what I assumed the owner card and info. Her direct quote âcomplain to himâ. For Tara, youâre not happy with your job or money youâre making to me. Go back to school get a new career. Customer service is not for you. Youâre a manager customers complain.
