Wawa — Restaurant in Virginia

I had my order delivered from Grub Hub. The time was updated 4 times saying sorry we're running late. The first delivery was supposed to be 1:06pm, next 1:26pm, next 1:42pm. Next 1:59pm. My order arrived at 1:57pm. It took almost 1 hr from pick up to deliver 2 miles away! My order was 56 minutes late.The delivery was to my work. The driver ran over the curb. He was tweaking so hard on drugs that he could barely stand, his face was red, he kept scratching himself and flinging his arms and legs around. He almost fell over at one point. His shirt only covered the left side of his stomach. He wouldn't stop babbling, I had to snatch my bag of food out of his hand because he was too busy babbling, then he kept coming back into my office. I had customers outside, and he kept freaking them out out. He kept getting in and out of his truck and stumbled around it, then laid on part of his his trucks bed, then stumbled back to his vehicle. I almost called the police on him. Instead, I chatted with Grub Hub's support, and they offered me a $10 credit. I explained that I didn't care about the credit... This guy is a danger to people and a threat to other driver's safety. I have the inside event and outside event reordered on security cameras. They didn't care... I called their support and insisted that they allow me to send them the video footage. I demanded they get this guy off of the road right now. No help... They gave me a ticket number and an email. I really regret not calling the police now. My iced coffee, for some strange reason, was foamy with no ice, and there was no sticker over the lid. I couldn't trust that he didn't do something to my drink and...

The older blonde lady at the deli is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I was waiting on my order and I saw it sitting there, out of the bag while no one tended to it for 5+ minutes. Finally I got a notification saying my order was ready and so I very politely approached the desk and said "I have an order ready to be picked up". She looked at me like I was an idiot and said "what order?" And I said "an Uber order". And she spat out "that doesn't help me!" While a DIFFERENT employee kindly said "she needs your name". Well! Sorry that I don't read minds. It seemed to really upset this gem of a woman. I said "oh, well you could have just told me that." And her attitude seemed to soften afterwards, so I hope she was just having a bad day.

In short, rude woman refuses to clarify what information she needed from me, acted like it was my fault when she didn't clarify and I didn't read her mind. I know it was busy and she may have had a long day, but I wasn't being impatient or rude and she opened the interaction with quite a nasty attitude. I hope her...

I ordered a hoagie just to see what all the fuss was about. I've been here less than a year, and I love finding new places, rating and reviewing them. When I was told Wawa was the place to go, I laughed. With is a wawa? As I came from the west coast, I had never heard of Wawa. Let me share my very first experience... They are very affordable. I ordered a turkey hoagie and asked for very specific ingredients. I was completely shocked when my food arrived, (I had it delivered), to find it was EXACTLY what I ordered. Other places I won't name have completely destroyed my order in the past. I have heard every excuse on the planet. But Wawa.... OMG! They went above and beyond. Subway can eat their own stuff. Wawa has the BEST SUBS/HOAGIES/ SANDWICHES I have ever had. Their ingredients are super fresh. And I'm pretty sure I tasted some love in my hoagie.... That's special. Thanks, Wawa!...
