August 2019, on a Friday: First time trying this place and it did NOT disappoint. We tried Clay Pot rice (with choice of meat) $11, Crispy flat rice noodles stir-fried with veggies and chicken $11, Canh Chua cá catfish (hot and sour soup with catfish and other veggies in it) $12, plus a Smoothie (mango) with rainbow jello on the drink menu $4. I don't remember the exact price so rounded them up, say, $10.95 ~ $11.

Parking is easy and plenty. The restaurant itself is nice and roomy. It's decorated with fun stuff from Vietnam; you will see what I mean when you're there. They have very friendly and attentive staff. Don't need to ask to get refills of water. One staff guy can speak both English and Vietnamese. The owner greeted and said goodbye to us personally. They do deliveries as well.

The food is over the top GREAT. They cooked them and served pretty fast too. And the prices are right! We definitely would go here again. Another bonus, they have over 100+ choices on the menu, not just Phở. We want to try their (shared) Family meals next.

The only thing I'd share with them is they need to fix the toilet seat as it's pretty loose (in the Ladies room). But regardless, bathroom very clean and roomy. There is a changing station too!

Overall: would recommend this place for great food, good sweet drinks (bubbles, bobas, smoothies), attentive and professional staff, and decently priced eats.

I'd try their Lunch specials next time as they look good and pricing is something hard to beat nowadays ($9 for several things on the package). But our first time was a dinner so we have to come back during lunch time to try...

Looking for an al fresco outdoor Asian dining experience whilst indoors on a cold winter day? Well, bundle up my friends and head over to Pho Le's. Have a contest to see if you can eat your food before it gets cold! (Or in our case before our toddlers hands turned to ice - and in case your wondering, our child's hands turned to ice first) Also - we were not offered hot water in this cold dining experience - just iced water. It was 30 degrees this AM and the thermostat in this facility was set to 60. They just would not turn on the heat here - or "couldn't." Someone finally came to us to try to turn up the heat as we packed up our food to go - at this point we couldn't take it anymore and could not afford to wait for the place to warm up. We never got serving plates to share so had to just figure it out. We had to ask for sauces. Bun bo hue is NOT real bun bo hue like all the other restaurants. I like my summer rolls with peanut sauce - no peanut sauce comes with. Birds nest noodles and clay pot were mediocre at best. Did not offer child utensils, plate or drink. So concluding they just don't know how to tend to toddlers at all. Do not recommend. Will not return.

Cannot believe owner lets their own staff work in such a cold...

came here for dinner. local spot nearby. plenty of parking spaces in a busy shopping center. had their rice w porkchops and Vietnamese iced coffee. I asked the kid how many porkchops does it come w and he said 1. so I ordered another, because usually rice w porkchops include 2. anyway - it came w 2 and now I had 3 total. not complaining! just wrong information

anywho...

the rice & porkchops was very good. enjoyed it quite a bit. also added an extra fried egg, which is not as runny as it should be but fine. the extra porkchop for extra protein was a plus!

the Vietnamese iced coffee was lackluster. pretty light in flavor: both sweetness and in coffee.

1 thing I will point out that is noticeable: the kid never brought out water for me, but brought it out to every other customers that was there beforehand and came in afterwards. not sure if I had to asked but usually it's standard custom. or at least asked if I wanted some? regardless...

overall: enjoyed the food, service could improved. don't need Chick-fil-A type, just...

Pho cravings hit, so I stopped by Pho Le for a bowl of spicy beef noodle soup. And honestly? The food was great. The broth had that deep, slow-cooked flavor that feels like a warm hug, the kind that tells you someone took their time getting it just right. The place was clean, the service was friendly, and overall, it was a solid meal. But here’s where things felt a little off—I’m sitting in a Vietnamese restaurant, spoon in one hand, chopsticks in the other, and in the background? Hispanic music and Spanish TV. It wasn’t loud or obnoxious, just… not what I expected. I get that the area has a big Hispanic community, and I respect that, but when I go for Vietnamese food, I want the full experience. Call it a pet peeve, but it kind of took me out of the moment. Would I come back? Yeah, for the pho. It was solid, and at the end of the day, that’s what matters. But if I had a choice between here and a spot that feels more immersive, I’d probably lean toward the latter.
