Their lucky to get 1 star after today's visit. I took my daughter for lunch today (she'd never been there) Instead of kindly welcoming her to JM and making some suggestions they rushed her and made her make up her mind quickly because you know there was 1 person waiting behind us! I then ordered the #56 -jalepenos +lettuce & pickle. I've never had a problem with my order in the past. This time it was given to me with pickles in a cup and no lettuce. I went up and nicely told them how it was incorrect and the employee, who I believe was actually the manager, just went and threw some cold lettuce into my sub. Seriously? Yes, it's a hot sub but if you put the lettuce & pickle onto the sub while making it they warm up with the other ingredients. I was still expected to go back and put my own pickles onto my sub I guess. The sub is supposed to have extra cheese...I guarantee you today's sub had little to no cheese and the mayo... where was that at? We sat down took a couple bites each and proceeded to get bags for our subs and now the dogs have a great afternoon snack. I've known them to be overpriced but they were usually great subs... after today we won't be back.... there's plenty of sub shops in the area to choose from.

Read moreBy far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We are a company, who had ordered 9 subs as a team lunch for a new employee on their 1st day. We were told to arrive at 12:10pm to pick up our order. I was there on time and was told that they "hadn't started our order yet because they needed to take care of the people in-store first." No apology was offered. As you can imagine, this was very upsetting to hear. My first thought was "this is why we called ahead and is their money better than ours? We're still paying customers." But I said nothing. I stepped aside and proceeded to wait patiently for our order. I waited for 25 min in store as they serviced people who came in after me. I was then told my order was done. They pointed to the bag. No apology still, no have a nice day, nothing. This delay threw everyone's day off. My boss had a meeting and had to eat his hot sub cold when he finished because the meeting started before I got back. Then, one of the subs was made wrong and one was missing all together. My coworker called and the employee who took the call was not at all empathetic, there was again, no apology offered. He told my coworker she had to come pick it up vs the order being fully refunded and when she said that wasn't acceptable, he told her he needed to get back to work and hung up on her. The employee, in his 30s, started taking her order, then walked away as she was still ordering. Waited for him to come back, and eventually had to call out for him to return so she could complete her order, which he acted as if it was a huge inconvenience to him. He started wrapping up before even asking about veggies or other toppings. When ringing her up, she attempted to hand him her card and he just looked at her and pointed off to the side where there was a card reader. She slid her card and he snapped at her to answer the question before sliding. The question asked if she wanted to leave a tip, and at this point she declined.
