Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wareham

Still don't know why in 2023 I cant give 0 or .5 stars, cause this place is horrible. I know 1 customer will not make or break Dunkin Donuts or even 1 stand alone store, but nope done. Will not be back.

Absolutely appalling when Im sitting at the drive through window, my face is at the same height as someones rear end and exposed underwear. Why dress codes and belts aren't being enforced at work, much less a food service place is just comical

I get those speakers are not the best to communicate through, even in 2023, but when you ring my order in wrong, or make a mistake with the order I have place every day for over a decade, maybe don't huff and puff and get annoyed with me when I ask you to fix it. I feel like when my coffee/food is wrong, I am being punished when i ask it be corrected.

The manager was yelling at her staff about the equipment not being properly cleaned and then turns around and serves me from the very same equipment. Like what? You just told me it was not cleaned properly, but you're serving from it anyway?

Absolutely love Dunkin lets their employees express themselves with the way they dress causal, and comfortable. Sneakers, Jeans, Hoodies, Hair up, Hair down, Nose rings and Facial Tats (I'm being 100% serious, I know i just complained about dress code too) but there is a line that needs to be established and held. Like belts (bullet #1) and when your acrylic nails are so long you stab me when giving me my items or cannot grip my credit card and drop under my car in the drive through.

When I pull up to the window to this dunkin location they'll always tell me to pull forward and they will run my food out to me. 4 times I pulled forward and 5 times I sat in the parking lot for over 10 minutes waiting watching at least 5 cars pull through if not more. Then I end up walking in and getting my food they didn't bring me. So normally I avoid this dunkin. Today though I was driving by and the kids were asking for something so if figure it get a coffee too. What happens they ask me to pull forward... I tell them no because every time I pull forward I end up sitting in the parking lot for 10 minutes and have to come in. Then this other girl came to the window. That's when the attitude started. I had run into this girl here before and she is definitely one of the girls who said she would bring my stuff out before and had me sit in the parking lot only to come in and get it. So tell her No, Explain why and she tells me they are on a timer.... I said how does that have anything to do with me? I got more attitude. Then when they finally gave me my order it was missing stuff and she spilled part of my coffee on me cause she only put the lid on half way. So the other girl says sorry cleans it and puts it in a hot cup. The girl with the attitude said did you pay for that cup? It's 27 cents. I said no and I'm not going to also you forgot some of my food. She left other girl came to the window and finished the order for me. I don't know the name of the girl but she was skinny brown hair and kinda looked like she was a junkie! Avoid this dunks fire this girl. People like this is what makes me...

AWFUL service, I stood there at the counter for a couple of minutes. Didn't even tell me "I'll be right with you". After a few minutes I walk out. But then someone else I was with decided they wanted something so I sucked it up and went back in to stand in line. Only to stand there again. Then I get to listen the girl belittle the guy in the window when he orders a regular (something). THEN she said "I'll be right with you and clearly there was a second person there. Then she continued to sound like a jerk to the guy when I'm assuming her version of trying to explain is give massive attitude to sound like jerk instead of trying to help the person out. Then after they pull away she walks over laughing to the counter and says "obviously he didn't have an "f'ing" clue"..Then proceeds to ask what can she get for me and I told her I was all set because I didn't need to listen her belittle the person at the window. Which she took offence to and proceeded to yell at me. I was walking away and she repeated "What did you say I just said to you?" Throwing her hands up like she wanted to pick a fight. I had to repeat myself 3 times before I just walked out entirely. I was going to buy energy drinks but this girl seemed like she wanted to pick a fight and just belittle everyone so...
