Taco Bell — Restaurant in Warner Robins

I am, not only me but my all familly members strictly hebited with only a vegiterian food with our religious reasons.on one dark night of a tacobell employees they about to do shift change on that evening and my bad luck bring me to drove over there on that same time.I ordered about all of our 9-10 members food from here on that eveing which most include few kid meal and rest of other were like tacos & chalupas and also like some regular stuff what we order always at most mexican reaturant.I was mention before and also after placing order that only beans NO MEAT and use new washed cuttlery to prepare food and after we belive so they do take note for my previsioly mentioned note on food oreder so me and two of my cousine were hanging outside of resturant until it was done.in between one of my youngest brother was noticed that they dont follow instrictions at the time of preparing our special order food while he go ask for water cup.he dont say nothing about because he thinks it was some one else order but at that time no one before and after us for placing any food order.this every thing disclose when we found some meat on the side of most of tacos.we got very disappointed that why peolpe do like this especially we request and trust them twice but some how the employees or shift manager overthere try to ingore our food order request and disapoint us very bad..why why they play like this please please dont do with any others you guys broke our trust from taco bell.please please please take it seriously we dont want to disturbe anyones wealth and prestige from your company. you know what we people dont even feed our self for few days and we donate that food to some homeless aroud here.we have condition to go on fast and some of family members have to take some stomachaid peels and visit the doctor...

The food was fresh, I ordered a soft taco and was there for 20 mins. To be fair to them, they were short staffed, so I can not hold that against them. BUT I was watching them touching EVERYTHING with the same gloves. I was INSTANTLY regretting the taco order, and the fact that I turned around to get that taco had me starring mentally telling myself to calm down. Handles, swiping screens, and placing the taco on the counter with nothing under them. I was mentally losing my shit. Everyone who knows me knows how I am about my food. I am that person who will ask you to change your gloves and WILL bring it back if it isn't made right. Customer service is big when it comes to me. Money doesn't grow on trees. The same way they won't give me my order for free is the same way I won't be giving away money just to have a bad customer service experience. The universe must have known that I was going to ruffle a few feathers because whether she had seen it on my face or the universe told her, lol. I hadn't had a soft taco in months, so I was happy as he'll to see her change her gloves before making my taco. And she used the paper rather than the gloves, lmao. For the record , I worked at Taco Bell before I started driving, so this review is not to demean anyone. The people were wonderful even though they were seriously understaffed. I use to change my gloves often and I know it can be a hassle when it starts to get busy, but I always thought of it as "would I eat this after touching over everything?" And that kept me changing them and wiping down my area. The staff were wonderful, my only issue was the gloves thing. Next time I'll make my own and I hope that they can find someone to...

Missing food this happened three times and they didn't wrap the burrito right and it fell apart in the bag had to go back and get them to remake it that's the way they gave it to us. I keep coming back because my kids love this place.

Update I went to taco bell today I wasn't going to order anything at first but I decided to order along with my daughter. I ordered the nacho fries and a double stack when I say my natural fries was so dang on old like how could you even try to give this to a human being you can tell these fries was either sitting here for hours. Again they had the nerve to put in my bag a free crunchwrap thank you but that don't make up for the fries. I would not return to this locations. The only one who loves coming to the location is my daughter and today she the dorito Los taco supreme and none hey sour cream on them.
