Placed a order of two pizza's online 45 minutes before picking up at Watson Blvd location. This was on May 23,2019. Upon arriving at location the whole front area of this location was full of people could not hardly get inside. Went to pizza portal to pick up my pizza's and there were no pizza's in it.Nobody was present at the counter to ask about my order! Waited 15-20 minutes longer and finally asked a woman in there who was ringing up a customer if my order was ready,she checked and it was not ready?😡 I told her that I needed to leave to head to work in Macon and that since I had paid already online I needed to be refunded. She said she had refunded me so I asked her for a receipt saying so.She never told me she was sorry for not having my pizza's ready or nothing. Moral of the story ,if your experiencing high amounts of orders could you please post this online as a courtesy to your customers who order online? I know other pizza places that do, it's 2019 can be easily done! Things don't go as smoothly as planned and I know that,but a simple phone call or online message would be suffice. At 5:30pm on Friday, May 6th, I decided to get something simple to dinner to the family. You could tell that they are a racist and want nothing to do with anyone but black people. Regardless if the employee greets people they never make eye contact and the sassy attitude that was rendered. I did inquired on using a coupon and understood the one coupon allowed, but the employee continued their poor customer service skills and said nothing once they gave me my order. I am given the biased view on whoever hired the current employees must be just like them. Read moreI have been in an average of once a week since they reopened, and before today the food is always been excellent and the service fine. There can be a long wait as a lot of people are aware of this, so it is a good idea to order online. However, that backfired on me today when it turns out that when you order in the app, if everything doesn't come up on the little receipt that prints on the box, they won't give you what you paid for. The gentleman I was speaking with made it very clear he didn't care what I had ordered or how I felt about the matter. As a regular customer, I mean nothing. I'm not one of those the customer is always right people, but I do think that you should do something when the customer is actually right.
