I stopped in to get a salad. I came in happy as there was no line! I say a happy hello to the food maker and received a muffled and unhappy one back, ok⦠so maybe having a bad day at workā¦we all have those, right?? I continued to say Iād like a salad , please. The attendant got a bowl an out about 8 process of lettuce in the bowl. I asked for more. He put another 5 in and took out 3. I should have left there. I continued to say I like brown rice. He scooped up about less than 1/4 cup. I asked for back beans. Another less than 1/4 cup. I said no meat and continued down the line. Mild tomatoes, just a few, corn about 15-20 pieces and guacamole. Finished up with more lettuce. I told him to make sure he has a good day, his response was Iām have a good day, yikes! I then asked to speak with the Manager. I wanted to ask him about their portions that they have now. He told me and showed me a picture that the items should not fill the bowl. He said that their portions now are what they should be. Very confused. I told him that after 8-10 years of coming here Iāve never had such small portions. He said thatās the way theyāre doing it now. The manager was very nice, but I told him that if youāre going to change the portions, then you should be listing that on the door because itās something that hasnāt been done at any of the other stores including this over the past 8 to 10 years. It was another lady that was right behind me that was getting a burrito and she asked for rice on it again less than a little quarter cup of rice in there. She asked for more and the guy put in another spoonful maybe. she told him that she wanted more. The attendant said that they canāt do anymore so she left. Anyways, after I talk to the manager, I asked the check out person for some salad dressing. She left me and said we donāt have any. We didnāt have any time to make any , the staff did not look overworked and many of them were just wandering around. When I was done, I was looking for napkins they were no longer out to take freely, and When I turned around, the manager handed me some. The young girl there made some quiet comment under her breath. I told her if she has something to say that she can sayit clarity to me. she said she didnāt say anything. Manager gave me some napkins. But now they keep all the napkins behind the counter for some reason maybe customers need too many napkins with burritos that are messy and they donāt want to spend the extra cost for their customers to have amount of napkins to wipe their face or hands. I will not be back at the store with the unfriendliness, rudeness of the employees with the exception of the manager, who is very nice and friendly, and very small portions and bad communication with not telling me that they were out of salad dressing. The manager was able to scrape up some from someplace. Very sad. And I did not enjoy the meal. I shouldāve just walked out like the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent into Chipotle at 4015 Richmond Rd, Warrensville Heights, OH 44122, on Apr. 18, 2025, at around 3:30PM and had an atrocious experience.
First, I was the only person at the counter and I was forced to wait for 12 minutes until an employee actually prepared my food... not one person was being helped before me, and absolutely none of the FIVE chipotle employees even acknowledged me or my time. Next, clearly the manager was there and she did not care one bit about the customer experience. She was berating the rest of the employees about how corporate wants no AirPods in employee ears at all, and that every employee has to clock out and clock in for their smoke breaks and they cannot have AirPods in at all. It astonishing to me that such an individual who clearly lacks the awareness, care, or basic level of customer service could be selected to be in a managerial position.
Lastly, for the final straw after standing there aimlessly for 12 minutes, an employee helped me make my food--- once we reached the end of the building line, I said I wanted guac, and the container on the top was empty, therefore he went underneath and took out a new container... when the manager saw this she literally refused to serve me guac... instead she said "We're out, we don't have anymore." while clearly instructing her employee to put the container FILLED with guac that was protected and clean and he was about to put on my bowl, away. She then began claiming "thats my last thing of guac..., avocados cost me $6..." this was a horrendous experience.
I hope this review helps patrons in choosing to spend their $13 literally anywhere else except Chipotle. This is quite literally unacceptable, I don't understand who she thinks she's talking to-- she does not pay for guacamole out of her own pocket. Also, I am not an idiot, so for her to treat me as one is quite telling. The employee who was building my bowl literally took the guac out and went and got a spoon, and she didn't let me pay and get guac and instead is probably going to take it home without even paying a single dime. This is despicable. Whomever is the field manager responsible for this store/area should seriously reconsider their restaurant leadership.
FYI.: Bringing this to the attention of Chipotle corporate simply gets a "We'll escalate to management to have them reach out to the store for further investigation," a brief review of the google reviews here exemplifies that management clearly fails to perform their job and subsequently so does the manager that management...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! BAD ATTITUDES! Just left this chipotle on March 14 2025 at 5:40 PM the people at the chipotle have no type of customer service. The girl on the line the tall girl on the line was getting an attitude because I asked questions about how I was gonna get charged for my food and then was told she didnāt know and had an attitude and told me to ask the manager, however she was the same person who proceeded to step in when I asked another employee about the price and say you canāt ask her sheās new ask me, and when I asked her she had an attitude and said I donāt know ask the manager. Another customer even shook their head at her attitude again this was the tall girl who was working in the front of the line tall skinny girl. The guy on the grill with the freckles had an attitude when he was asked to make more state or about items that were out of stock had an attitude about it and was slamming things. The manager didnāt comment on any of the issues that his employees were having in the state was joking around with employees that were clocking out. All the employee that was on online orders was going back-and-forth with the manager playfully cussing loud where the customers couldnāt even be heard. Was very tempted to walk out of this chipotle because the customer service was so bad and if I could give it a zero I definitely stars. Thereās no excuse for bad customer service. I was also told they couldnāt make a quesadilla using the same size tortilla that every other chipotle uses and that you can only get a large quesadilla tortilla if you order online otherwise you have to use taco tortillas or the childrenās size tortillas, and they were upset when I asked how would that change the pricing how do I go about ordering it with those size tortillas. The people are not very knowledgeable of their job or the pricing including the manager and all have nasty attitudes. I will not be back to the chipotle I truly hope they...
