Horrible, horrible experience....if that's what you call it. Food was cold, they barely gave us any fries and a sandwich and 2 fries cost us $22!!! Whoever the manager there is, needs to understand that "your team is only as fast as your slowest person". It was very obvious that the person at the fry station was either new, needs more training or needs to find another job. How could you run out of ketchup? Need to have more organization when it comes to the bagging and fry stations. Everything 'till that point was good, there, it ruined the experience. I left 30 minutes past the time I was set to pick-up my order. Don't waste your time.

Great service, very fast, the people are always friendly. To be honest 5 Guys has the best burger in America. You can spend 20+ dollars for a burger if you really want to be pretentious and not enjoy your meal. Free peanuts, seriously all the free peanuts. Free toppings. Awesome fries. And now they serve milk shakes. You cannot beat this place!

I had been distracted for the last several months by the new Swenson’s in the neighborhood ... but was running errands around Cedar Center and brought Five Guys home. I have to admit it ... five guys makes a better burger than Swenson’s.

I don't usually review chains as big as Five Guys, because what can be said that hasn't already been said a million times, but I will say that this Five Guys was the best that I had ever been to.

Service was quick, the people behind the counter asked me if I knew how many meat patties my order would require so they could get started while I ordered (Which I had never experienced before) and the cashier was exceptionally quick about accommodating my specific requests.

This was also the first Five Guys I had ever been to that serves milkshakes. In every Five Guys I had ever been to there is a banner in the restaurant that says "Great Milkshakes" but the place never serves milkshakes. I was beginning to think that it was a national practical joke until now. I kind of regret getting one because I was already getting an absolutely monumental burger and a dump truck load of fries but a Cherry milkshake was great, especially on this hot summer day.

The burger was a next-level experience. I know that there are SOP in every Five Guys and every burger should come out more or less the same but the quality of this particular burger was off the charts. Everything from how well the burger was cooked, to the freshness of the vegetables, all the way to the softness of the bun was impeccable. Even visually the burger was a cut above the rest.

This is a top-of-the-line Five Guys, even my burger-obsessed wife thinks that they put out a product that competes with some of the best sit-down restaurants, and we'll...

I ordered a large frie an waited for about 30 minutes in line for it. Some guy ended up coming back in the store with my meal he tried to explain to the man that gave him his order that he had his order mixed up. The guy behind the coin was so snotty with the guy like it was his fault that the order was mixed up. I looked to the customer an asked him what was the order he had he said a large fry I say that’s my order ive Been waiting for 30 mins for the guy never called my number on the receipt I waited patiently. The employee then fixed his order an said here dude 😳 I was like wow how rude the man was upset an left. I then waited another good 10 minutes on just a large fry I told the guy how long I was waiting an he acted if so he didn’t care so I ended up telling the other guy that I wanted light salt on my fries he said I don’t even know what u ordered I looked at him like wow I just told you a large fry . So this other employee a girl ended up bagging up my fries really quick. This place need to get there employees in check so rude. I also called an sat on hold for an hour never got the chance to talk to someone...

We are not eating a lot of red meat these days but once in a while the burger craving hits. From memory (2020), this was a juicy burger and ordering "the works", gently layed jalapeno, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, lettuce, just everything, layed upon that burger. It took two hands to handle it and it was messy, full of life, juicy, loaded with "the works". Fast forward, prices are up, "the meat" reduced in size, "the works" was mostly unseen aside from a scrap of lettuce, shred of tomato, half a mushroom and I couldn't find any sign of the jalapeno. It was 3 o'clock, tables were dirty (we cleaned our own), only a few patrons inside and lots of drivers, picking up orders for delivery. No we didn't complain, times are hard for everyone. We ate half the burger and went on our way but for sure, this wasn't the craving, it's likely the new normal. Ah,...
