Five Below — Local services in Warrensville Heights

I went there on Friday and the woman at the register was ringing things up in a way where I've seen people do it to confuse the customers and double charge them for stuff. Ring some things up and put them to the left of the register, ring other things up and put them to the right, "accidentally" grab stuff you've already rung up and re scan it, while talking loudly to distract the customer.

So I was counting beeps on items and trying to keep track of what she was scanning while still unloading my cart. She scanned one of my items twice and I said something politely about it, "I think the Halloween shirt accidentally scanned twice" She rolled her eyes and looked me up and down and basically shouted "NO" in a condescending tone. Then kept scanning items and rang a pair of flip flops up twice and completely ignored me when I said something.

Okay, I figured I would just handle it with a manager. Except nobody has answered the phone AT ALL at this location. I have also emailed corporate and gotten no response. I get it's a holiday weekend, but when I worked retail/customer service we responded to customers 7 days a week especially about...

Wow. Just wow. Store inventory is fine and store is clean. However, the workers (especially the old woman with the red hair) have terrible attitudes. First I say hello there to this individual I’m met with a “uh huh.” Strange and rude response for someone allegedly in customer service. Then after she’s done checking me out I grab a bag and then I’m accosted with “I didn’t give you a bag! They’re 10 cents each!!” Whoa. First of all I didn’t know that; second of all maybe she could’ve let the customer know that instead of verbally attacking a customer who has been nothing but polite to a very ghetto and hostile individual. Really not sure who hired the girl with the red hair and made her a manager but you need to put her back through customer service training courses. She was very nasty and rude to my sister when she came in there. My sister asked her about something proceeded to shop and then she walked up to my sister as if she was stealing and asked her did she pay for the bag that was in her hand while still shopping. My sister was appalled at her tryna accuse her of stealing and put all her items down and proceeded to walk out. The black manger with red hair started laughing. I'll be make a formal complaint...
