Marshall’s has quickly become one of my absolute favorite places to shop! Every visit feels like a new adventure — you never know what amazing deals and hidden treasures you’re going to find. From high-end designer clothing to beautiful home decor, kitchen essentials, and beauty products, they truly have something for everyone at prices you just can’t beat. I love how organized and clean the store is, making it easy to browse and enjoy the experience without feeling overwhelmed.
The staff is always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, going out of their way to assist if you need help finding something or have questions. It’s clear they take pride in the store and care about the customer experience. I also appreciate the quality of the merchandise — everything feels thoughtfully chosen, not just random leftover stock like some discount stores.

   Read moreIncredibly poor customer service; I'm shocked. I approached the cashier with $250+ of merchandise. One of the cashier's lights was on so I approached that particular cashier. There were two cashiers behind the counter. I asked the woman who was behind the lighted cashier counter if she was open, as she was on her cell phone. She glared at me, said "well I really wasn't but I guess I'll check you out." She then looked at her co-worker, who's light was not on, and starting laughing an me. The co-worker joined in. I'm not entirely sure what they felt funny; I'm a 30 yo frequent shopper; I've never had issues at this store before. She and her coworker continued to laugh under their breath for about 20 seconds. She never spoke once to me and was on her cell phone again BEFORE even handing me my receipt. This occured on June 11 just before 11am. Yes, I noticed you had staff follow me during my entire time browsing for a Christmas gift in the beauty section due to me wearing a BIG coat! To the point of going all the way up to the registers, pretending to check for things to put back and fumble with hangers while checking to see what items I had in my hands. At one point I heard the person say " You know I don't like babysitting!" on the headphone set. Just know I am anemic and wear a BIG coat to stay warm, and I did make a purchase as well. Yes, I did take the lid off the body scrub to make sure the seal was not broken to avoid giving gift with a broken seal. That was the whole reason I came to your store!
