TERRIBLE customer service from the Homegoods manager! Gives an attitude, doesn't listen, doesn't try to solve your problem " im not going to argue with you". Well this is not how you solve a problem...refuses to admit that an email from Homegoods with "e-receipt" as a title is a receipt just because there's no bar code on it. I don't care if usually there's a bar code or not, this is what I received and this is what should be acknowledged. He gave me a hard time, the TJ Maxx manager at first was taking the same route and then she realized that she saw that my e-receipts....were receipts and helped me. The research by credit card didn't work, no transaction was showing while all my purchases were on it. They gave me an attitude. I insisted to try again towards the end for the items that I didn't find in the ton of emails that I receive from Himegoods, TJMaxx, Homesense and guess what, the transactions were there this time...Oops. the while thing took...

Last week was my first visit to this store. I must say, it will not be my last! The store has so many wonderful items for my home and small business. The store was very well organized, neat, and clean. The clearance area was also neat; no items thrown around on the floor or merchandise piled up. I originally went to purchase a comforter. They had a nice array to choose from as well as different price points. I wanted a gray comforter. I found a couple that offered the sheet set too. After looking, I found one on the clearance shelve. It was perfect and the price was perfect too! Check out was a breeze. The cashier was nice. I highly recommend HomeGoods... I'm going...

Horrible experience. Drove 1 hr 20 min round trip to purchase a Halloween greeter I saw the day before and return a single mug. Employees locked the door as I was walking up at 917pm. You close at 930p. I called and the manager honey said that's corporate policy to lock doors ten minutes before close to prevent new customers and after 930p they will not check anyone out.
