So went in tho bw...smh.. there's no in dining... So I ordered traditional wings, regular fry, chicken quesadilla. I was told no ice so I couldn't get the drink I wanted. Ok boom. First I had to return the dry boneless wings I didn't order.. those things look like shriveled rocks with sauce! Second time I opened my fries and I tried to pull out a fry and the entire contents came up out the box!!!!! I was appalled! I went back in the store presented the gross misrepresentation of fries to the cashier that took my order. She shook her head... And disappeared to the back and quickly came back with some dry bottom of frier fries. I smiled trying to maintain my class. And requested my money back. Some older guy came out of the back, never presenting himself as a manager or anybody, pulled out a black card ran it and said to me " your first order had cheese on it!" I said sternly that fries don't stick together nor did I order cheese. He literally shrugged his shoulders and handed me a receipt. I maintain my conscending smile and said thank you. I thank the poor little scruffly male for proving just why he doesn't deserve a job and especially not in food or people industry. Never did apologies for the tacky food nor did he offer anything to me! Another worker did! But then when I get home after this 30 minute ordeal. My wings were not done and the box was wilted and sauce was all over the bag. The chicken quesadilla had the lettuce on top of the quesadilla and was soggy. Shame on the corporate office for such an extremely low standards in the hiring department. While I was there another customer, a white male, who had witness this whole ordeal said to me that he had learned to NOT order the fries due to them making it seem like it took rocket science to make. Shame on the corporate of buffalo wild wings! If COVID has damaged your business financially please don't let it continue to damage your business integrity! The customer service in that place is horrific and not just today! I wonder if the kitchen even clean! I mean if putting out the highest quality of food is of no regard why would cleanliness be. Needless to say I will tell my story and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreShort review? I am not sure what changed here, but it is clear that management needs to re-evaluate how business is being done. Avoid until they improve. Average food, a bit above average pricing, truly abysmal service.
On 6/8 after seeing long waits (40 mins est) at several surrounding dining places. Our family came to BWW for a meal, and noted the restaurant was not busy. We could be seated immediately. Great! Or, so we thought. It took about 40 minutes to be able place an order as the waitress was too busy chatting with people/friends? to be bothered to come to our table. One staff member had stopped by several times and asked if she had stopped by, she had not, so he finally took our order instead. Then took almost another hour for the food to arrive, and when it did, some items were not as ordered. But fearing another long wait we ate it anyway.
As far as quality goes? The food varied, but we certainly did not leave feeling we got our moneys worth. The high point was actually the french fries, low point was sadly the wings. The burgers were okay but would have notched up a bit if they had come as ordered. The salad was not very fresh so a bit below there.
Advice to the manager. I see other similar complaints below. Its good you say sorry, but in reality that is just step one. With the exception of the man who helped us, you have issues with both your service and kitchen staff. Your location was not busy at at time when all other places had long lines and waiting times. Think on why that is and on how much you are you losing. There was no way these things should have happened given the few customers in the place.
So, teach your employees how to do their jobs and clearly set what the the expectations are. If things improve great. If not? Then I am sorry they have to go, and new staff needs hired.
Going forward? At this point my work rotates 15-20 person lunches each month-ish among various establishments. We are due to be back there in the next few months... but not anymore. I will remove you from the rotation list. There is clearly no way we can be in and out in time for a business...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would've given them a 4 or 5 star review because usually we get pretty good service; for both dine in and take out. But today we got the worst service we've ever gotten. The manager was subpar, our chicken wasn't cooked the way we asked, and tonight which is Valentine's day there was a fight between coworkers; some of which were off duty and the others were still on the clock! The only bright spot was the bartender! He/she made amazing drinks and our waiter seemed to be new the mistakes he made were all quickly rectified He however was very nice as well. The manager on duty was trying his best to stop the fight but there was just too much going on. It was very apparent that while the fight was going on, our food was waiting in the window to be delivered! I used to be a waitress I understand the ins and outs of both the front of the house and back of the house in a restaurant. But today was crazy and instead of the manager trying to defuse the situation he kept engaging with a table full of young kids whom insisted on getting the details as to why the fight started. The manager needs to be retrained it he's lucky enough to keep his job! We were 1 of 3 tables upset at how their night ended up. The manager never once tried to make this really jacked up situation better. We decided that our sanity was worth more than our empty stomachs and eventually left only purchasing the amazing drinks. On the way out the door the waiter caught us apologized again and gave us part of our order that he reordered correctly this time which we enjoyed at home. Had we eaten them in the restaurant with our missing fries they would've been delicious. Wish our full order would have been in that bag but hey at least someone tried to fix the many wrongs of this crazy night. Enjoy at your own risk! Maybe you'll be lucky enough to get a great waiter...
