First time visiting. Let's start with the menu. WOW, I expected a little more from their menu as far as options go. Basically only one option, Chicken Fingers (3, 4, 6, or 3 on a bun). I guess if you only do one thing, it's hard to mess it up! Next, the atmosphere: I understand "getting ready to close", but let's not take away options for groups to sit by turning the tables on their sides and limiting where we can sit. Clean up, yes, but deny people seating options, NO! Service was very quick for time of night: 9:10pm. Food: Because they ONLY do ONE thing it's hard to mess it up. Chicken Fingers were very good, but I'd like to have more than just that ONE option for dipping sauce. I didn't care for "your" sauce. I feel you need to offer a couple more sauces for your customer's varying tastes... Maybe a BBQ and a Buffalo sauce would be nice. Also, the Garlic Toast was terrible!! If you're going to serve Garlic Toast, please make sure it is "toasted" on BOTH sides!! Partially on one side and not at all on the other doesn't make it toast, it makes it soft/soggy white bread with seasoning and no "toasting" hardly at all. I will still give you 3⭐ because the chicken itself was very good and also hot. Just wish there were at least a couple more options to...
Read moreI never normally rate anything below a 5 but I don't understand the hype of this place. The chicken had no real seasoning although it was juicy. The canes sauce didn't justify it. The drive thru line was somewhat lone between lunch hours but unlike popeyes, kfc, lee's chicken, wendys, mcdonalds, starbucks and dunkin to name a few they didn't offer any extras to my 10 yo german shepherd which is ok but all you serve is tenders lol at least these other places threw in a freebie for their overpriced food which speaking of the caniac combo definitely is. The sauce is good but it should compensate for the white castle style crinkle cut fries which have no salt on them. It's more like a blackened ranch sauce from popeyes than anything. The toast is a fine substitution for a biscuit but it will be soggy if you dont eat it within 10 min as with the breading on their tenders. Coleslaw was good but only a little tiny cup? Overall not impressed. The drive thru line moved fast however. I tried the Sharonville location years ago and I thought it was rhe same, don't get the hype. If in need of an average chicken tender with a decent sauce and overpriced combo with not much other choices but you need a quick stop for lunch this the is...
Read moreI just go here occasionally because my wife wants it. I got it once and the tenders were the size of my pinky and that seems to be the case 90% of the time. occasionally they're a little larger but still too small for the price.
There were 2 cars in front of me this time and I waited about 20 minutes. Can someone explain why one would have to wait more than 2 minutes here? you make one thing, chicken tenders. Let's say you make them fresh each order, they largest they are is the size of my thumb so they should take about a minute and a half.
Here's a wild idea though, if there are cars in the drive through have a little faith and start cooking some. Like I said you only sell one thing, they will be ordering the chicken. Maybe one of those cars orders a burger and you say "sorry man we sell exactly one thing, chicken, would you like to try some it's done cooking now." Even if she says no, the chicken will be sold to the next car I can assure you. take risks, have confidence, cook the chicken now, don't scramble when you get the order for the one...
