I tried to place a catering order last week and called the restaurant beforehand (because I needed the order delivered). I was told that delivery would be free provided that I spent at last $250. I then proceeded to place my order online, but the prices increased significantly once I placed the items in my bag; simply put, the advertised prices were significantly less than those presented when the items were presented in my bag. I called the restaurant to gain clarity about the issue and the employee who answered the phone stated that another customer reported this problem, that the restaurant should honor the posted prices, and I was referred to the catering manager who I subsequently emailed. She never returned my email. I followed up today by calling the same catering manager and she told me that she didn't have time to speak with me because she was going to deliver another order. Her attitude was dismissive and rude. She also misrepresented my order and the aforementioned email. In addition, she told me that the displayed prices are for pickup not for delivery; this is inconsistent with what another restaurant employee told me (see above). Needless to say, I am disappointed for several reasons. First, the price per item significantly increased without explanation. Second, once I received an explanation it was inconsistent with what another employee shared. Third, because I never received a response to my email. Fourth, and finally, because of the catering...
Read moreFirst and foremost, what I am about to say is not an attack against this brand and all the work that has been done to build it. I am pleased with the variety of menu items this restaurant offers. As a Spiritual Christian, I am also grateful for the uplifting and inspirational gospel and christian contemporary music they play. However, I question how well the corporate headquarters feel this specific location is doing, considering there have been multiple incidents that happened, which revealed this site is poorly managed. First, I came in on my lunch break, to grab a quick bite to eat, and there were no waffles fries ready!!! Now for anybody who knows about this establishment and WHY it is so popular, they would agree that TWO OF THE MOST POPULAR ITEMS IN CHICK-FIL-A MENU ARE THE FRIES and CHICKEN! How did this happen? If there is an item, that is known for being in HIGH DEMAND, dont you think you may want to KEEP IT READILY AVAILABLE??? Secondly, there are not enough food runners to prepare and deliver customers orders. There is usually a LOOOOOOONG LINE OF PEOPLE waiting to receive the order they paid for with the cashier. They only have one person packaging and calling out the orders. I'm not mathematician expert. However, it would make sense for management to ensure there is adequate staffing, so paying customers dont have to spend the majority of their break and lunch time waiting for the food they are looking...
Read moreI love this chick-fil-A. The store is clean, great customer service, quick service and quick to fix any issues! UPDATE! This morning, 1/31/25 @6:35 am, I met my first rude Chick-fil-A workers since being a Chick-fil-A customer for over 20 years!!! It's rare to get bad service at Chick-fil-A. I stood by the mobile order counter waiting for them to call my name. After waiting for over 5 min., I peeked over the counter and saw an order ready so I said excuse me in a regular tone. The 2 girls were chatting so maybe they didn't hear me so I say excuse me again. Again, said nothing and they both literally turned their backs. I say excuse me for the third time and both girls look at each other, the one girl rolls her eyes at me. They were so annoyed that I wanted my food. Crazy right?!? I asked the girl with the rolling eyes her name...she rolled them again. I asked the other girl what is the girls name and she whispered Shaquan, Tequan...it wasn't meant for me to hear her name. They both have either locs or braids and they both could use some customer...
