Working with Howard was nothing short of incredible. At the initial meeting at a Starbucks, my wife and I were complete novices, but Howard made sure this wouldn’t be an obstacle. His level of professionalism is impressive, and being available whenever we needed, we not only knew but felt his commitment to our first home purchase.

Naturally, the process of finding a house took a while, and Howard went on vacation with his family, but this wasn’t a hindrance by any means. He put us in touch with another realtor to work with in his absence, and he was also available pretty much 24/7 by phone and email. He was very aware of any developments in our journey the entire time, as if he never left.

One noteworthy thing about Howard that I very appreciated is his ability to solve just about any problem so the process could move forward. I get crazed when I don’t know what to do, but Howard’s expertise was palpable. Whenever I hit a wall, he helped us break right through it. No stopping this train! He would also provided helpful tips and tricks applicable to whatever subject or question we were discussing. It felt like we were always getting more than we asked for.
