The food here is decent for what it is, a fast food Chinese place that was ripped right out of a mall food court. The food is the only halfway decent part of this establishment. The staff here are totally rude and offputting if I were the manager I would fire them all and speaking of the manager he is very curt and impolite. You can tell alot about someone by how they treat those who are less fortunate and this man is completely compassionless for the homeless people that come around from time to time. As long as they are not completely unbearable (smell, outbursts, aggressive panhandling) I feel like places like these should so their best to be kind and compassionate towards them and this place does not. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience last night due to the behavior of a cashier named Desean. After waiting over 20 minutes for my order, I approached the counter to ask about the delay. To my surprise, Desean responded with extreme rudeness, saying, “You come inside and prepare your food yourself.” That kind of response is not only unprofessional, but completely unacceptable.
Rather than apologizing for the delay or handling the situation with courtesy, he acted like an entitled owner who had no regard for customer service. Shout-out to the Manager Ms. Monica for accommodating my catering orders and really helping me out and going out of her way just to make it happen. I’ll definitely order here again!
