Not gonna lie. I was skeptical about getting ramen to go but it was late and I had a craving. I’m glad I got it from Ramen by Uzu. The broth has a great flavor and you can put in the fixings you so desire. The noodles and broth came in separate containers and there were even instructions for reheating. I couldn’t select the option for eggless noodles online but I made a note in the comments and they gave me the right ones! I would definitely order from here again. It may be “to go” but is restaurant quality.

This is easily the best kept secret at Union Market - maybe also the best secret Ramen in DC??? I was there again this past weekend and also tried the noodles (cold) - incredible! The worst part about going to this place is deciding between all the great options on the menu. Staff is very friendly and nice too. I'm not sure if the Japanese guy is the owner or not, but he is very friendly and helpful, a true gem that really helps make the experience.

Solidly in the middle. Not bad, not great.

Having just come from Japan and their amazing food, we've been on the lookout for a ramen restaurant that comes close to the Japanese for taste and quality. Possibly an unfair standard, but we tried American burgers in Japan and they nailed 'em, so if they can do it so should we.

Noodles had a strange texture, the corn was perfect, the broth had an odd taste, the meat was nicely cooked but the mushrooms were over. Proportions and temperature seemed a little off, and one of us found eggshell in the bottom. The takeaway bowls were hard to open, the spoons all had frayed edges, but the chopsticks were decent. The place looked clean and the staff were polite.

Again, not a bad meal, but by far not our best, and definitely...

I understand things happen. I normal do not put businesses on blast this way but this time I must. My sister and I ordered using Uber Eats because we are in hotel visiting the city. The driver indicated he has the wrong order upon arrival. He has an order for one person and no utensils. Well, there is two of us, so of course our situation was not resolved as we both needed to eat. When I called them, I was told the Uber driver grabbed the wrong order. My problem with this is the blaming the driver when it is the business responsibility. He goes on indicating the other order was not grabbed as if the one delivered was one of the orders ordered. It was not! In short....customer service was not the best. I will now have to...

I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. I like my ramen broth a bit creamier so I asked the worker and they recommended the vegetarian bowl, I subbed the tofu for chicken. The staff was very kind and helpful. The atmosphere was great and very trendy and the food was about 10 min. We also were able to find close, safe and free parking just out front.

Now onto the best part the food was 10/10 amazing quality, great ingredients, it has that authentic flavor profile and was so rich and hearty. At only $18 in the heart of the city it’s a steal. Hands down the best ramen in the DMV (please don’t pack it out...
