Security guard inside insisted he sees my camera footage. He had zero rights to do that yet I let him see my recording. He has zero awareness about rights also. Short black guy with tiny dread locks … completely unacceptable! Poor guy needs a lot of training and education. The irony of telling someone they can't record inside a club while there's a forest of hands with phones recording is strong! Fortunately the women behind the bar provided professional service and saved the night!

Don't waste your time going here. My girls and I signed up online to gain free admission before 11:30. When we arrived, it was around 11:15, and before we had even said anything, the bouncer's demeanor was uninviting. We approached to the bouncer (because there was no one in the line when we got there), and he said the cover was $20. We told him we signed up on the guest list and showed him the emails we had received from Opera. He gave us slack. He said we didn't have the "right" email, and that only two girls in our party of six had the right email. He said that those girls could go in, but the rest of us had to pay. I had three emails sent to me from Opera after signing up and he said they were all insufficient. WHAT?! After about 10 minutes of standing outside, a manager or someone with higher authority, came out and said that what we had was actually ok, and that we could go in. We all walked in together and absolutely NO ONE was there! No patrons were there, only people who worked for Opera were in that place. Needless to say, we only stayed about 10 mins after complaining to a manager about how we were treated. They had no interest in accommodating us. We walked out and went to their competitor...

Extremely disappointing experience, would give zero stars if possible. From the moment we arrived, we encountered poor service and inconsistent policies. The bouncers were unprofessional and demanded an extra $20 cover charge right at midnight, which felt like a money grab rather than a legitimate policy. The bartenders were rude and dismissive. I was charged $38 for drinks that my friend purchased moments later for only $29, when I brought this up and asked for a refund, they refused and acted as if I was the problem. The entry policy also made no sense. My girlfriend was charged an entry fee, while my friend’s girlfriend was let in for free “because girls get in free,” according to the staff, yet other women in our group were also charged. There was no consistency, just random and unfair treatment. Overall, the atmosphere was chaotic, the staff were disrespectful, and the pricing was shady at best. I’m doing a favor to anyone reading this, don’t even think about stepping foot there. Save your money and your night, go anywhere else. I’m officially banning myself from this place and will take my...

Never visit this place, they have terrible music their drinks are expensive and the club never gets live even if you order bottle service. The club is the bottom level club and not worth a cover at any point in the day and I've had plenty of VIP seating and bottle service in this club that I didn't pay for. Please choose something that better benefits you but if you're are paying the standard price for bottle service or if you're ever paying an entry fee for this club you must look elsewhere, it's a waste of money and you will end up leaving and going elsewhere or not enjoying your time.

There is a short light skin ugly man there who gave me a hard time because I hopped over a rope of a non existent line. Anyways, I have as do friends Inside and we had spoken to someone and we're planning on buying a few tables, but he treated me so horribly for literally no reason (we decided to go elsewhere). They lost outn thousands of dollars and NFL player clients because a short chubby light skin guy wants to feel like he has power and he was never disrespected....
