I walked into the Capitol Hill location, two ladies were already there, I was the third. No one else was behind me. I saw Jaeson helping the 1st lady. When he finished, he picked something off of the floor and washed his hand. He headed over to me and started fixing a salad but not mine. Standing directly in front of me, he told me that someone else would have to help me. I was puzzled. I couldn't understand why he wouldn't take my order. After standing there for 5 minutes, another guy Teisio had to come from downstairs to make my order 😳. When I asked was I next, Jaeson said he was training Teisio but Jaeson was standing there the whole time but refused to take my order. Even if that was the case that still doesn't excuse him because clearly he was helping someone else when I first arrived. I come to that location all the time and I have NEVER experienced that. Sweet greens need to train their employees to treat ALL customers equal. I will never go back to that location again. Jaeson needs to be fired if he's going to have a racist attitude. This is not about the food! It‘s about a server‘s behavior!

We went there for lunch. Our child is gluten-sensitive, so we told this our server. He already seemed annoyed that he had to change gloves - sorry for that, it is not our child‘s fault that it has to deal with this. It wanted to build an own bowl, an other point what seems to annoy the guy…. Also it took a while to decide. Yes, that maybe is annoying especially during peak time. Still we are paying customers so it would have been nice to get treated politely. After finishing the bowl he went back and asked for the next customer. We were left with one bowl although we wanted to order for ALL 4 of us. I went back and told him that we wanted to order 3 additional ones. His reaction was rolling his eyes on me. My husband decided to leave and not ordering anything else. So we paid for one bowl and left.

It was really annoying as we all wanted to eat. My child really liked the food. But if I go to a restaurant or food court or food truck, I pay for service and that includes...

The idea and approach are interesting. The quality of the food is probably good, but personally I can't say it's not tasty and I can't say that I admired the taste. Very average taste. The toilet is small for one person. My wife and son went, then a lot of people came from the street and the line did not allow me to get in. There was a second toilet on the lower level, but the employees of this establishment forbade me to go there, they said it was a private one, I guess they can be understood, but make it so that it is not visible to visitors, otherwise it turns out that I am second class. I will probably not visit this place again. Not because of the toilet :) I just look around now and understand that the food is 3 stars out of 5, the attitude is 3 out of 5. Unfortunately, I did not take a photo of these paper plates and plastic forks with cheap food at restaurant prices.
