Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Wasilla

So to start this review i wanna give lil back story... Before Xmas this 2017 i had never tried Dominos before. I havent had any reason why except im a creature of habit. But i got a Gift Card this yr cuz dear ole mom wants to fill my pizza cravings lol.

So i used it right away. I used the online site to place my order. I found the site user friendly and the tracker is a Very Cool Tool. I got 2 med pizzas and side dish of alfredo noodles. I was annoyed that i had to pick up my order since living 5miles away isnt in there delivery area... Fast Forward to after dinner. I gave piece to my dad and sister which I Always do, but also cuz i wanted to see what they thought as well. I got half sausauge/onion & half hawaiian. Other pizza was cheese only. So we ALL Agreed that this wasnt our kinda pizza. I didnt finish mine and my kid ate her cheese pizaa cuz well shes a kid n its pizza. I like greasy cheesy cheap pizza. Lol Dominos pizza has a thicker sauce than what i consider normal. And its spiced a way that isnt how do i say americanized... it had an herbs kinda taste. It wasnt greasy. It wasnt soggy. I wished it had more cheese but it wasnt bad. I think its like the saying to each their own... So I rememeberd i had orderd the noodles & i reheated it in the container they gave me & it was deliecous. The noodles were soft but not soggy. The chicken was not fatty. They were nice sized pieces of chicken. The sauce wasnt thick i think it was an oil based sauced which made for reheated still a very yummy dish. Over the last 2wks i have ordered the noodles about 5×s. All consistant in flavor and service.

My fav crew memmber is Mark he is always helping coworkers, fast service, & friendly n knowledgable. I AM A FAN OF THE PASTA- AKA ALFREDO...

Update. I made the mistake of ordering here again. They advertise any large pizza for $9.99. I however can't order delivery online still, even though I live within their delivery area. So I have to order delivery over the phone, and they never told me the total price. I receive my order and they charged me $40 for 2 basic pizzas and didn't apply their current deal or any of their deals. I could have gotten double the food for that price if they honored their own advertisements.

I placed an online order for the Wasilla Alaska Domino's location approximately 6:30 p.m. tonight and the app said the pick up time would be between 9-19 minutes. Approximately 30 minutes later I arrived at the store and was ignored by the employees for almost 15 minutes after multiple attempts to talk to them. I finally had to scream across the store for someone to help me. During this time, multiple pizzas also almost fell on the floor from the oven because employees were ignoring it and it took another customer screaming at them to make them pay attention to it. After 15 minutes I had to also scream to get someone to acknowledge me after being ignored. This was now approximately 45 minutes after ordering. The employee that finally acknowledged me after yelling for assistance, told me it would be another hour before my order was ready, which would make the total time 2 hours when it said online a maximumof 19 minutes. If it said 2 hours, i never would have ordered. I immediately asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund. This took 3 different employees to handle, and they were all rude. Then they told me it was handled and tried to walk away. I asked for proof of my refund and was told that they couldn't provide me with proof...

I called around 830 Friday night to wasolla domino's placed an order for 2 pizzas for delivery girl on phone taking order was very blunt and not very nice. I waited over an HR called back and she had said it was placed for carry out even tho when I was on the phone I asked if the guy can bring change for a 20$ bill and she even said yes but when I called and found out it was for carry out she was VERY rude continued to tell me it was placed under carry out and I had told her there's no way I would've wanted that as of I don't have a car right now she said hold on and then that they were going to deliver it but it had been sitting there for over an HR so i asked if it was cold she instantly said no it'll be there soon and then I really started to get irritated I told her if it's cold I wasn't going to eat it cuz all this wasn't my fault and why would I want a cold pizza. She had put down the phone and came back said itll be there in 35 minutes and HUNG UP on me. She didn't check the address it was sent to a house that was a one time thing so the delivery guy called me and was confused. I don't blame him he did nothing wrong he was very nice and I even tipped. But I sat down and started eating the pizza to find ONE LONG PIECE OF BROWN HAIR AND TWO SHORT PIECES OF BROWN HAIR I instantly wanted to throw up. Not like it was mine as of I have dark red hair and my boyfriend has black long curly hair it obviously wasn't ours and it was melted into the cheese. I am completely disgusted by the way I was treated and how my food was. I will be calling the corporate office and reporting this as of it...
