Dunkin' — Restaurant in Waukegan

I went to this place this morning around 11:00am and was shown the worse racism I ever experienced! I pulled up in drive thru and asked were they okay with taking two separate orders, never received a response. So we ordered pulled to the window and that when we were greeted with Hostility. I asked for a pup cup for my puppy and the gentleman told me No because we already had two orders and they weren’t supposed to do that, mind you he never answered when I asked him. His attitude was very very rude. I understand there’s a language barrier, but if you don’t understand what a customer is asking for and get upset with them giving very disrespectful interaction , I suggest you have your employees learn the language of the United States of America. English being the first language. We understand there is a language barrier just ask for help from someone, just don’t be rude to the customer. I will never shop here again! Time to find...

Worst Dunkin/Baskin ever. Not once, not twice, not three times, nor four or five, but six times their 31 below machine was down for cleaning on 6 different days at different times (would go with my wife so she could get coffee, not my choice to go). Every time there were guys working there the machine was up and running. Every time there were women working it was down for cleaning. But that is not the reason for this review. I went there this morning to get some donuts for myself and child. They were out of donuts. Not one kind of donuts, out of all donuts. This was at 9:15 am. Not 9 pm. I've been going to dunk in doughnuts for many years now. Today has to be the worse service I've ever had at this location. I ordered the coffee combo which is a medium coffee , hash browns and a sandwich. I have all for 1 cream and three splendas. They put regular sugar in my coffee and I'm a diabetic. I ask for the sandwich on a croissant instead it comes on an English muffin. They redo the order without heating it now the cold cheese has my sandwich cold. I'm not a happy camper at all.
