Dunkin' — Restaurant in Waukegan

The young man who took my order was absolutely great. And I chuckled while he try to upsell me on the donuts which he and I bought a veggie and chorizo burrito in a bowl. I got out to the car and it was less than half in the veggie cup and barely more than half a cup for the chorizo. I spent almost $18 on two cups of coffee a chocolate donut and two chorizo burrito in a bowl. I brought them inside to just show them it was the mistake and she insisted that it was a measured amount. Really half a cup or less is a measured amount for $5. I didn't taste it but it looked like it been in a pot and almost turned to mush. Seriously unappetizing. I don't mind trying something for the new experience and i will pay for it. but less than half a cup for five bucks did frustrate me. I'm changing my review from 1 star to 4. For one everyone has bad days or moments. I shouldn't judge a whole business over 1 incident. I didn't come for a long time for myself but would bite my tongue and go in to get coffee and food for a local homeless lady that stays near here. (Everyone should be kind and helpful because we could all be in her shoes at any time) but today I was a little late and when I pulled in, she was being cared for by the employees there. It warmed my heart. I pray that God blesses those ladies and that business for helping her. I will give my business to any who help the less fortunate. Duncan you have an outstanding crew at this location and should be very proud. I know most of the food given is stuff they're about to throw out and that part doesn't matter. I come here at least 3 tines a week. And 7 out of 10 times I have to go back in to get my order fixed! Usually its something small such as needing/wanting some extra creamer/flavor. Sometimes it's my whoke order being wrong. Today was the LAST TIME I wills be going to this location! I had to repeat my order 3 times in the drive thru. You would think they would get it right after hearing it 3 times and they repeated back to me correctly. I ordered "very light ice" on my ice coffee, regular cream and sugar and I got a lot of ice and the cup wasn't even filled to the top so on top of the extra ice I got robbed of the coffee too. Plus there was so much sugar that there was about a 1/2 inch maybe more on the bottom of the cup.. I also ordered a bagel "very lightly toasted." My bagel was so hard that i couldn't bite into it and trying to rip it into pieces was difficult. So...
