Im dont appreciate the snippy comments and remarks made by the barista. She gave me attitude that was completely unnecessary. First, the reason why I came to this starbucks was because of the convenience of the location, and to get the 50% off beverage deal every thursday after 12 pm. (Apparently the barista had no clue what I was talking about.) So before I left to go, I made sure they had the deal. I called up the store which ended up being target because you cant directly call up the starbucks.. I ended up on the phone with a target employee who checked with the baristas if they did the deal or not. She checked with the workers.. They said they DID HAVE IT for the rest of the month. So I stopped in. I asked if they have a certain drink, and what it was called. She answers in a rude tone. My apologies for asking what the drink was called I guess?! I ordered a grande sugarcookie almondmilk latte. I look at the total.. Almost $7. Obviously the deal of 50% off was not applied. The girl says, "Im not sure where you found that, Ive never heard of it." Acting like Im making something up. Was I just not told 10 min prior on the phone they did have it?? I say ok, I will take a small then to lessen the total if I wasnt gonna be given a discount. "Well we already made the drink, we cant change it" In a snarky tone she says. I didnt even pay for it yet?! She stares at me asking if I have the money. I ended up paying the stupid $7. I shouldve just walked out. This starbucks needs to teach their workers better manners because the teenage girls acted like they could do whatever they wanted to since there was no manager...

It was their first time visiting Starbucks, and unfortunately, the barista they interacted with made it a frustrating experience. He wasnât friendly at all and didnât acknowledge them when they walked in.
Since they were new to Starbucks, they needed help navigating the menu, but the barista showed no interest in assisting them. They asked several questions and he gave only yes or no answers. Leaving them to guess what coffee drink would be best to order. After they placed their order, he didnât inform them when their drinks were ready, leaving them waiting at the counter, unsure if the drinks sitting there were theirs.

There was only one employee working on the day after Christmas so I was being very patient but it took 34 minutes to get my drink with only 4 people in front of me!
