Subway — Restaurant in Wausau

Went to subway on Stewart to pick up two orders for delivery. The lady's making sandwiches made one of the orders I asked for the other one. They said they were on it. I waited 20 minutes and they still had not started it. They were talking and laughing behind the counter while I sat there waiting. I tried to talk to them by saying these orders are for nurses at Aspirus they would like to get break and eat. One lady worker behind the counter turns around and says I don't care who it's for I wouldn't even care if they are Church goers nobody is going to rush me at my job. She says shut up your interrupting me doing my job. It was funny how they could have a conversation and laugh it up. But I couldn't have a conversation with them. She got so upset. There customer service was rude upsetting. I asked to speak to a manager and they said there is no manager on. That why they treat customers with no respect. Horrible customer service. Stopped last night 8/5/24 for supper around 5:30-6pm and a bunch of kids, one being an employee cause he was wearing a subway work shirt were smoking which smelt like pot on the premises and screwing around on a scooter. The lady inside was fast polite and took care of my order while the other employee played around outside. Not sure if he was on his break but not sure why if it's supper time. Love this Subway. The employees are really friendly.. Well all except 1.. She's different than the others.. Not as friendly, but that could just be my perception of her character. But everyone else very friendly, they recognize faces of regulars, the guy with the beard, he even has my order memorized.. After only 2 visits.. But every now and then I'll throw him off 😆. But it's all in good fun. Great place. I don't go to any of the other Subway's in town....
