Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Waxahachie

After waiting on a single pizza for over an hour, when i was told it would take 30 to 45 mins, I called and asked to speak to the manager, he told me he was the manager. I tried to begin to explane to him why i was calling but i was rudely interrupted by him telling me he doesnt have any order for the phone number im calling from. I tried to explain to him, that if he would let me speak , he would learn I didnt call from the same number i used to make the order. He rudely and impatiently asked me what number i called from, I told him and he told me"oh yeah, the driver arrived but didnt have a room #( i work @ a hotel), and he couldn't get a hold of you at the number you gave, so he had to leav., I had my cell phone w me the entire time and I had been watching the camera waiting for him and no delivery person ever pulled up. I told him if I do forget to tell them front desk they always call me, he then replied with " well we couldn't get a hold of you. I asked why did my pizza tracker say it was delevierd then??? As soon as i asked that he started to again, talk over me and to my surprise said somthing along the lines of" It wasnt our mistake ma'am it was yours have a nice night" and he really hung up in my face. I was so angry and so unbelievably surprised that a manager would react in such an incorporate manner. Now i can order a pizza from anywhere and I can recomend any pizza place to my guest at the hotel, and I promise it won't be dominos pizza in waxahachie! Bad call manager, I hope being disrespectful and rude was worth losing a customer and many more...

Ordered through their app for a free pizza reward along with a dessert item. The order review showed the correct price of $9.73. When I submitted the order, the price had increased to $26. I went to the window, and they said it had not been started yet and they could not fix the price. They said to cancel the order and then re-order. I did so but when I tried to re-order, my free pizza reward was gone. I went inside and asked for the manager. The guy I spoke to said he was the manager and that they would give me the free pizza. Another guy, obviously the real manager, heard him and said they would not do it. He said they were a franchise and did not have to do that; I had to contact corporate. He was very rude about the whole thing and did not even apologize. Since it was about 5:30pm, corporate was closed. I ended up going somewhere else for dinner.

The next morning, I called corporate. They were very nice and apologized, but did nothing except return my free pizza back to my account. They said they would make sure someone from the franchisees' office would would call me back within a couple of days. It has been a week and I have not heard from them.

Ordered a pizza an hour ago and they finally call me to tell me that they got too many orders and that they don’t wanna make them all or deliver them because they are lazy. Then she tells me I have to come get the pizza myself. I said ok screw it I’ll come get it. The woman then says “oh no, we’re not making it”. So they call to tell me they are incompetent and don’t wanna do their job and then they don’t even wanna make the pizza at all. So let me get this straight. These morons try to get business all day and when they actually get it they decide not to make or deliver the orders. But they are still gonna get paid? So 30 people call and order pizza and your genius response is to cancel all the orders and lose all the business? I mean how ignorant is that. If I were the owner I would fire the lot of you on the spot. There is a reason these people deliver pizza and probably will for the remainder of their lives. This is sad and very pathetic. Just paid another 50$ for an order at 10pm. It’s 12am they are now closed and never delivered my order. They literally just stole my money and pizza. I will be going up there first thing tomorrow and I will either get my money back or they will be giving me my entire order for free. DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS WRETCHED PLACE!!!
