Service has gone out the window. The last three times I've been here I have received terrible service and typically this is my favorite place to come honestly I think I would call myself a regular at this restaurant. The last time I was here I ordered cheese curds as usual and ask for ranch for dipping and for the first time I was charged for the ranch I asked about it and she said ya we charge for ranch now... While I was waiting for my food a customer came up and asked for some ranch the girl was going to give her one and then proceeded to ask her manager if it was okay. The manager proceeded to say we typically charge for these but didn't charge her and handed her three of them for free... I paid for my one and she gets three for free..... Ya I wasn't very happy.. the time before that I had horrible customer service waiting a ridiculous amount of time for my food with no apology or explanation proceeded to go and eat the food I received come to find out my order was missing stuff on my Burger that I asked for. I ordered two of the same burgers one with extra topping of course neither of them had the extra topping... I proceeded to call and explain that my burger was missing lettuce and pickles that I asked for and probably paid for and they told me they were going to send me coupon to make up for it... I have yet to receive this coupon.. and honestly I wouldn't have called and complained if I didn't think the burger would have been better without the lettuce and pickles....And then the third time I had ordered on the Culver's app for the first time.... Mind you I was sitting in the parking lot when I place the order so I pulled up to the spot and tapped I'm here on the app they proceeded to tell me my food would be out shortly. I waited 6 or 7 minutes went to my email tapped I'm here in my email they proceeded to tell me my food would be out shortly I proceeded to wait another six or seven minutes before needing to go inside to collect my food. I went inside waited another 5 minutes before somebody acknowledged me received the food did not get an apology or an explanation on why it wasn't delivered out to my car.
Needless to say the service has gone out the window. I'm not going to lie the last three times I ordered the food and had terrible service it's made your food taste worse and worse.. I don't crave a burger from Culver's like I used...
Read moreCame here for lunch with our almost 2 year old niece.The lady who took our order was friendly & thorough as this was our first time ordering a kids meal. She explained that the kids meal came with custard & asked if we wanted it with the food or later. We said after the meal & the lady said we get a token. It took 20 minutes for our food and once it came the drinks we had ordered weren't there (rootbeer float, water, milk with kids meal). After eating, I looked for this token, but couldn't find anything in the bag or on the trays. As I was going up the the front counter with the receipt, I threw away the garbage. I then showed my receipt to the cashier Cindy, and asked about the token. She was EXTREMELY RUDE by saying the token was on the bag. I explained that I was told this was a token, not a piece of paper and there was nothing attached to the bag. I told her I had thrown away the garbage already & showed her the receipt again that we ordered a kids meal, but she said "too bad, now you know for next time" My husband then went up, and also had Cindy as the cashier and he explained the same situation & she was also rude to him and grabbed the receipt out of his hand and said "fine I guess we'll make it. What flavor?" My husband said "what are my choices?" and she said "can't you read up there?" We ended up getting our niece the custard, but we never did find out where this "token" was. Is it attached to the bag or is it actually printed on the bag? If it was attached to the bag, I can guarantee it was not on there as I even folded the bag before throwing it away. Again, we were told this was a token so we were thinking a round coin of some sort. Not a coupon on a piece of paper. This was our first time ordering a kids meal as we dont have any kids and I cant believe how rude Cindy was about the situation. Like we are just supposed to know this. Read moreOn 6/28/2020i made a call in order and once I got home and started to eat my triple butter burger deluxe with no onions and no pickles with swiss cheese instead of cheddar cheese it tasted funny and it made me sick, turns out someone was able to put tobacco ash on under the cheese which made me very sick for several days after but what gets me the manager that night was so fast to replace it was a shock no even one comment to contest my claim as if the manager already knew that whomever made my burger knew what they had done to poison my burger with tobacco ash. And once I brought it up to s hire up management they said they would investigate it. My thing is how can you investigate themselves and claim they found no proof of fouling up the burger and yet I still saved the remaining piece of my burger that you can still smell the ash of cigarette on it. But they dont want to come take me and the evidence to a lab to test said tainted food to prove my claims of someone point blank going out of there way to purposefully taint MY burger, this was an outright attack on my personage, and yet I've not been contacted by the owner himself to no only prove the truth but to show him he has a bad employee that is trying to purposefully get people sick if the manager doesn't like the customer. Someone that does this should not only be fired but put in jail for assaulting a handicapped person with special needs for there food to go out of there way to cause this special needs person...
