I would have rated 1 star but due to the last person I spoke with I am giving 2. I placed an order for 5 people here. I specifically requested fresh everything. Normally you will see something on the reciept to acknowledge that request. The person acknowledged it so I took him at his word. Took about 10 minutes to finish all the food. Got home and found the food was cold, of the 4 sauces requested we got only 2 and they were the wrong sauce, we were missing a small fry, the fries we got looked old, and the bacon king was missing the bacon. Overall a bad visit. I've had issues at other burger kings but this was the worst. I called and had to leave a message as no one answered. I did not get a call back by the next day, so I called and had to leave another message. Finally got a call back and the person tried to remedy thier mistake but it did not seem enough to entice us to risk losing our appetites again. So I think it was a regional manager that called me a couple days later, and now we might consider Burger King but we will not be visiting this...
Read moreI always want something to eat when I go to Sioux falls. This is the 4th time in 3 years I've tried this specific Burger King. Left a $7 tip because the manager wasn't there with change and I would have been waiting another 20+ minutes. Ordered a fish sandwich, they doubled dropped it (they know what that means) and the only thing actually fresh were the fries. Did your kitchen staff know that certain types of spoiled lettuce can kill? Because that's another thing on those sandwiches I couldn't get past. The king chicken sandwich with bacon had sour tomato on it as well. I will not be back. Fix your products and teach your employees. Oh and the mozzarella sticks tasted like cardboard and chalk. If I didn't live an hour away I would have turned around and brought your food back to you and requested a refund... Which I don't believe I've ever done...

From orders being wrong, to the staff not knowing the menu, to their "printer not working with no other way to get a receipt", which I'm sure is a way to ensure they don't receive any bad surveys. After my 3rd week of messed up orders in a row, I took my drive thru order back inside and asked for a refund. Didn't want food remade, just wanted them to have my food back and me to have my money back. The lady manager working never once acknowledged my issue, she only went over, refunded my purchase (after asking for the receipt I didn't get because the "printer was down"), and magically printed me a copy of my refund receipt and handed it to me.
