Workers need to take a deep breathe and listen to the customer. Had a mix up with my drink 6.7.23, this a.m. and person started to get all freaked out at me. I wasn't upset, just shocked to taste full blown black coffee when I took the first sip. Now upset due to the lack of customer service. Fast forward to 1pm 6.7.23. Went to get the drink I order this a.m that I wanted while I was at work. Well the people, all of them when I told them my name acted as though I had the plague. When I got to the window they had it open and were doing whatever they do when no one is there. Drove up and she said we're getting the drink. Then closed the glass door. Then when she handed to me she showed her true self. When your paying almost 8 bucks for a medium drink I expect better then what I got. Caribou coffee is not that good. To have to be treated like people get treated. Especially this particular store, I will not go there again. Starbucks is right up the road. Along with Skooters. After ordering via Uber Eats, spending 9 extra dollars for the delivery fee and tip, and receiving the order in the four holder drink carrier, we noticed the Uber delivered 2 out of 4 of the drinks. We proceeded to text the driver, no answer, so we called Caribou. The manager stated that we could either drive to the store to pick up the rest of the order or call management to file a refund. We decided to drive to the store and pick up the remaining order and asked the employee what occurred. She said they were very busy and didn’t notice the driver picked up the drink carrier with half of the order missing. She then claimed it was his fault. As a Caribou employee myself, I know it is our job as workers to ensure the Uber order has all of the items before putting it in the area to be picked up. Read moreIf you're a good quality coffee lover, this isn't it. Not many options in the area, so we decided to try this one. Very disappointed. Definitely not worth paying for and really wish overall coffee shops would start with better quality coffee beans first. You can't make great coffee just starting with bottom of the barrel beans.
Atmosphere was great. Service and friendliness was on point. Just really wish if you're a coffee shop, you'd do better.
Other members of my party got breakfast sandwiches, which they said were good. Their coffee drinks (lattes) were way too sweet, but make it drinkable enough for them. The cashier did ask about sweetness, so that was a great customer service aspect. We didn't expect the lattes to be great, but the other part of my group decided it might cover up the bad quality.
