"grande quad iced Americano with room" I shout so she can hear me above the noise while she's walking away. 30 seconds later she returns to the register and rings up an Americano without 4 shots. "did you want room?" she asks. Me:"yes" "I wanted 4 shots" I say. "what?" "I asked for a quad" I said. She then adds 2 shots to the cost. "I asked for 1extra shot" I say. "you wanted 4 shots" she says "grande Americano comes with 3 shots" I say. "oh, I'll take off a shot". .. 5 minutes later she can't figure out how to remove a shot. The barista starts shouting my name. I'm still at the register trying to pay. He shouts my name again. "right here" I shout back. If I could give no stars I would..The unfriendly hateful young girl working the register tonight needs to find a new occupation because customer service is not for her. I have been to this location multiple times and never a problem unless this girl is working. Even the customers in front of us were commenting on her behavior.. I tried giving her a chance and figured it was a bad day but she continued to act like we were a issue and a waste of her time we ordered 3 cake pops and we’re treated like we didn’t order them and were just trying to pull one over on them so I just said screw it and we left I will never give this Starbucks anymore money until her attitude is fixed or...

Our drinks were great. There was an employee in a extremely bad mood, slamming things around as she making drinks. It was very annoying. I said something to to a gentleman that was supposed to be manager, he went and talk to her and it did nothing. She stay in her fowl mood, slamming equipment as she making drinks. Very rude as she spoke to her co workers. I wish I could have gotten her name. I have not been back in since this happened and it will probably be a long while. Management really did nothing.
