March 25th 2023: 0340am - Their system is down "for 15 minutes" and they can't take orders. 0400 And they're only able to do breakfast...an hour before any other McDonald's is switching to the breakfast menu?
March 20th 2023: Closed at 1040pm - 5 cars in drivethru waiting & the 2 people I saw inside wouldn't come to the window or use the speaker to say they were closed.
(Feb 2023) 4 Months later, and nothing has changed. Hitting the drive-thru at 2am the first thing they say is 'We're Closed" and when asked when they open "5am" which is morning shift. This place is not 24hr service, hasn't been for over a year, and the owner doesn't seem to care about their evening shift.
(Nov 2022)A fantastic Mcdonalds if you don't care about an inaccurate order, slow service, or cold food. TL;DR: Management gave up on the store, and corporate/owner can't be bother to check up on it. If you go after midnight there's a better than average chance they'll be closed because "the system is down" for which they claim anywhere between 30 minutes (it's never that short) and 4 hours, while the entire shift staff is outside smoking. A simple order (a double hamburger) is routinely botched or received lukewarm, and ordering fries will reveal salt is no longer standard, nor should you expect them to be hot. They gave up on (and refuse to bother) putting "serve by" stickers on their "hot" Apple Pies long ago and routinely serve pies that dried out & hard are like peanut brittle, and asking if the apple pies are fresh will be met with the staff saying "Uh, I didn't know" and being unwilling (or unable?) to check or even recommending against ordering it. If you attempt to order inside you better be happy using a buggy kiosk to do an employee's job (Gotta help the owners save money on paying employees!), because if you go to the register you'll be ignored or treated like you're a burden for expecting someone to take your order. You're better off grabbing food from the gas station...
Read moreMy recent visit to McDonald's left me utterly disappointed and frustrated with their lackluster service. Not only did they completely disregard my specific requests, but they also failed to deliver on the most basic aspects of my order. I ordered through their mobile app, expecting a convenient and accurate experience, but unfortunately, it was anything but that. This one-star review serves as a cautionary tale for others contemplating a visit to this particular McDonald's location.
Firstly, let's talk about the beverage blunder. Despite explicitly requesting sweet tea, I was handed an unsweetened version instead. The absence of sweetener completely ruined my drink, leaving me with a bitter taste and a deep sense of dissatisfaction. It's bewildering that such a simple request was disregarded, especially when it was clearly stated in my order.
Adding insult to injury, they also managed to botch my burger. I specifically requested no mustard, emphasizing this preference in my order. Yet, when my meal arrived, there it was—mustard slathered all over the patty. It was both frustrating and unappetizing to find my burger prepared so carelessly, further highlighting the incompetence of the McDonald's staff.
What makes this experience even more disheartening is the fact that I utilized their mobile app to place my order. The purpose of using such technology is to ensure accuracy and streamline the process. Regrettably, McDonald's proved to be incapable of fulfilling even the most basic instructions through their own system. It's a clear indication of their lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer...
Read moreI Waited 40 minutes in line to order a number 7, which is the double cheeseburger meal. Asked for extra pickles and to make my Coke large. I pulled up to the window, and I said “I thank you for being here”. She even asked me was it the cheeseburgers with extra pickles. I said yes. I live down the mountain which is not far from here, but I was halfway home. I took a bite of the cheeseburger, and noticed I just got bread. Your quality is not what it was 20 years ago so I assumed the small piece of meat must’ve slid to the side. I took a second bite and nothing was there. I stopped my car, turned on the light, and neither one of these cheeseburgers had a burger in it! There’s no way this was an accident. I can see maybe forgetting to put one patty in one burger because you were rushing, but Two? I don’t have a lot of money. I also don’t like to go out to eat very often. I think it’s a waste of money. As you can see this is one of the reasons I think that way. Tonight I’ve been very busy and was too tired to wanna go home and cook. I went through McDonald’s against my better judgment because everything else had closed early. I know things are tough, I know they’re tired of getting paid terribly and to be treated terribly. However, if you’re going to work the job at least put the main part of the burger in. I’ve sent this to the complaint department, and have asked corporate to contact me. I want my money back. I’m not driving back up there to wait in line. I tried calling before anyone says anything. Over and over, and kept being ignored, or they picked up and hung...
