Delicias Sweet — Restaurant in Webster

So, I placed an order at your El Camino Real store in Houston recently (receipt says order #11028) and there was a bit of a mix-up. I ordered the banana split & nachos, but somehow only got the banana split itself. That was a bit disappointing!

Also, my receipt (code 00, $11.90) banana splits only $10.?? And did not say banana split on receipt it also shows a rewards card ending in 9387 with a balance of $291.27 – that’s definitely not my card! It also shows the card I used to pay with.The cashier (terminal ID 4445064887805) even seemed to think I was someone named Saral Flores sense thats what it says Even After I had given my name and spelled it out with my phone number. I sure hate to find out something unlawful is going on there. A little bit of mistaken identity there! Crazy thing I even left a tip.

Could you guys look into this for me? I’d love to get my nachos in near future (and the correct rewards info sorted out!). Any tips to avoid this happening again would be super helpful too. Banana split was good. Tried calling and the contact part and emailed you. Hopefully you can fix what’s going...

The corn is not good. They don't add lime or chili powder; all they add is mayonnaise, hot Cheeto crumbs, and barely any cheese. No lime, no chili. I'm not sure what that corn is, but it certainly is not traditional Mexican corn. The manginada has a lime slice, but it doesn't taste like they added any lime juice. I asked for lime juice, and it does not taste like fresh lime. They use the pre-purchased lime juice. Their ice cream is all done with food coloring. This is not where you got for mxican treats if that is what you are...

Walked in here to pick up a takeout order. Was quite surprised that literally nobody in the store spoke English. They pulled out google translate, then proceeded to rudely force their phone a couple inches away from my face so I could talk into the mic. They were extremely slow, after it took 5 minutes for them to tell me something was out of stock. Absolutely ridiculous, do not come here unless you’re a Mexican national, this place is not for English...
