I really wish there was a no star option based on the customer service and attitudes of the two younger people working I will never go to this place again. Today was my second time going and my last the drinks are ok but it's not worth being treated with a bad attitude. First time service was just ok the Asian girl had a little attitude but we didn't really exchange many words I got my drink and left but could feel the attitude strong but decided to ignore it. But the second time was unacceptable. Ordered a milk tea and the drink came cold which i assumed came hot which I was ok with not knowing but when I asked for it hot the guy barely heated the drink up it was still cold so I asked for the drink I had the night before a strawberry kiwi smoothie instead and the guy said ok no problem. The guy used the milk tea and tried to make my smoothie which were two different drinks so the milk tea wouldn't be wasted mind you he wasn't there the night before but the girl was. When the drink came back brown tasting off I was like this is not the drink I had last night and the girl immediately got an attitude which she had the whole time and was like yes it is. I explained but the drink is a different color this one is brown (like the milk tea I had just ordered) and last night my drink was pink being I did order strawberry kiwi and the kiwi syrup is green beacause I watched her pour it the night before but the drink was overall a pink color. The guy and her both started lying he said that they had ran out of syrup for the pink drink so they used a different one which was a lie cuz they ended up making the drink all over being pink in the end because I said ok then just make me a strawberry smoothie then pink and she did knowing they had the right syrup and knowing I was right because she served me the night before and made my drink just not wanting to waste that milk tea. I felt like if they had really ran out of syrup then that's what they should have said so I'd have the option to pick something else especially it being a whole different color and tasting different but they were lying that's why they made the drink over in the end pink they just didn't wanna look wrong. The guy argued on a lost cause because he said himself he wasn't there the night before but he felt the need to fix it by trying to cover up a mistake instead of just apologizing. I explained maybe they should put specifically on the menu which drinks come cold and hot or both since the girl wanted to say well maybe it's just an Asian thing or for ppl who go to bubble places know that. Well that's more of a reason why it should be on the menu I explained for new customers. Poor integrity and very horrible customer service. Alot of people can have a good experience but just wait until there's an issue and see how they handle it . Do not go here very horrible...

It’s super unfortunate. I really love the flavors that this place has, but their customer service is lacking severely. I have been an avid supporter of this company since I found out about it. Yet each time I visited I became more and more disappointed. Things that just don’t make sense: Asking for no ice doesn’t = more drink. Even if it’s only a tiny amount of space. Aka like less than an inch. They are stingy with products that are costing the same as a Starbucks drinks, and yet they don’t give the same treatment. Only one size available for their drinks. No bigger sizes. The extremely weird and unheard of. Some people want more variety. Being a loyal customer doesn’t get you respect from the company. I’ve been there more time than I can count and unfortunately I’m never remembered. (Personally working at a Starbucks for two years seeing so many faces I still was able to pick up on the regulars) They are also stingy with their boba. I always ask for extra!! Yet it always seems like one scoop. No greetings when you walk in, no hello, and no thank you on your way out. It’s a shame really. And last but not least, Customer...

If I could give no stars I would the young lady with long brown hair and fake brown contacts has the biggest snottiest attitude I am not use to boba and i was asking her questions and having her explain what each of them were and I wanted a milk tea and she made me a smoothie and I told her that it was the wrong one and with a huge attitude remade another one. I would rather have the poop at the bottom of a shoe then to step foot back in that rat hole. As I was leaving I told her have a nice night and she didn’t say anything to me and she proceeded to talk to the lady asking her if she wants a punch card being friendly and then I come back and said hey I didn’t get a punch card and looked at me and rolled her eyes I said i will never be back and I am a paying customer who doesn’t deserve to be treated in any manner like that.
