Martinez Mexican Bakery — Restaurant in Webster

I called to make sure they had all meat available for breakfast tacos the female answered and assured me their was because i asked to please tell me what all they had so she did. So i wrote on a card 2-fajita, 2- egg & mex. Susage, 2-barbacoa, and 1- patato & egg It was all written and spoken over the phone and i told her my boys would be going. Not the first time they go. But it is the second time they have screwed up our breakfast. I got all fajita except 2 tacos..1 was egg with patatoe the other egg with sausage! The rest fajita or pastor i couldnt tell to say the least! The could have told my kids so they could call me to tell me they were making a change. But i think they just screwed up honestly. And they put it in boxes and tied the bags for my kids so they left thinking it was all good. Far.. from it! When they got home. Then they said they dealt with a guy. So they obviously have no order of who takes phone orders and recieves them their. The wait time was ridiculous but i didnt mind because our meal was going to be fresh. Im baffled by the way their dismissve ways as well. Like i said this isnt the first incident but i believe in second chances....

Double Charged....I'd hate to question someone's integrity and business practices however, after eating my meal... I presented my credit card for payment. After processing my credit card the waitress continued to say something was wrong with the merchant machine and couldn't charge my credit card and paid cash. I asked for a receipt and was denied the receipt. What company denies their customers receipts?? Checked my bank account and sure enough it had processed.

I've since returned to dispute the double charge with management and showed the bank statement however, was not resolved with them. Never again will I step foot...

If you read this I don’t recommend this place, I ordered 3 of the #5, 5 tacos for 7.00 = Equals to 15 tacos. Not only did the woman who worked upfront not understand my order but she charged me 60$. Only to for her get mad when I explained the math and the total of it and refusing to understand the order, she spoke rudely right I front of me to her family and I spoke Spanish as well (I’m Hispanic), basic math is not hard. The food is good but the service clearly will drive people away and till it’s changed I’m not going back. You’d be surprised how service can make up for lack of some...
