Subway — Restaurant in Webster

The people who work here are absolutely dishonest and greedy. It's a struggle to get them to give you "a lot" of specific toppings. (I only get spinach and black olives on my subs and they refuse to give alot of black olives).When you ask them to put more on, they give you attitude and refuse to.

I just chose to laugh about that issue though, until this situation happened a couple of days ago: I had an internet coupon for "buy any sub and drink and get a free 6 inch sub" (equal or lesser value). The cashier rung up our order in such a way that cost us almost an extra $4.00.

When we brought this to their attention, we were told that we were wrong, after explaining to them more how they rung it up wrong, they then told us that the computer system rung it up wrong and that they would discuss it with their manager. We pushed for the money back, and eventually they gave it back to us, but were incredibly rude about doing it.

This specific Subway is only out to make money (which, makes sense to an extent because it's a store), but they will stop at nothing, even if that means being dishonest (which is absolutely wrong). If you go here, watch how they ring up your order, because they will do anything to...

Just had a sandwhich made by maybe the rudest employee I've ever encountered. I didn't get her name but she was an older hispanic lady. I asked for a sandwhich with tuna and swiss and she says they don't carry swiss anymore and I simply asked her why they don't have it anymore and she copped a snotty attitude with me and began to mutter about me under her breath as she then put turkey onto my bread instead of tuna and then blamed me for her making a mistake. I was already not getting a good vibe and then as she's making my sandwhich she just quickly tosses random amounts onto it with a nasty, sassy... sarcastic attitude. I then get to the register to pay as I'm still in disbelief of this employee's shameless disrespect toward me and I pay for my sandwhich and she angrily slides my receipt at me across the counter and sneers at me to have a nice day and then hides behind the wall by the register to stare at me angrily. I came in 45 minutes before closing, I just had got out of work and was too tired to make dinner. They were already closing up (yes, 45 min before closing, also having other people coming into the store, not just me), I felt awful though. I apologized and was very polite. Instead of an "it's alright" or something along the lines of "i get it", I got eye rolls and a nasty attitude. This was the most rude man I've ever met behind any counter. He was YELLING at me. "What do you want" I said the sandwich i wanted. "Bread." I asked him to repeat, I was still baffled by the attitude I couldn't comprehend for a second. He SCREAMED "WHAT BREAD DO YOU WANT". He nastily and scolding grabbed the bread i asked for, slapped the meats and cheese onto it MESSILY and practically threw it at me after i paid.
