MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Webster

Today was my seventh time visiting this particular MOD location and let me say that the service just seems to get better w/ every visit! The environment is clean, the energy is positive, and the service is outstanding. As for the food, I love that you can build your own pizza and/or salad or choose from a variety of options. I also really love how many topping options available and the fact that adding them all is still just one price! The dough is so yummy and the toppings are super fresh and it’s just cool to be able to watch your food the whole time (I’m a little weird).

As far as the amazing service, as soon as I walk in the door I’m greeted by multiple members of the staff, which is always a pleasant and welcoming experience. I’ve always been a huge fan of being able to see the person making my food wash their hands in restaurants where employee go from food prep to cash register and the staff here are definitely on top of that practice. On a few occasions Ashley has made my food and her energy is fantastically delightful; you can tell that she prides herself on bringing A-1 vibes to work and I appreciate that fact. Jay is also amazing and has a wonderfully warm and positive vibe. I failed to remember to ask the name of the woman who made my salad the last two days, but she was really awesome and has the memory of an elephant—super impressive!

I’m from California, and have been to several MOD locations, but service like this just doesn’t exist where I’m from, so experiencing such positive energies from strangers makes the food taste that...

I have ordered food from here twice, the first time I thought it was DELICIOUS. The second time the food was just ok, but the customer service was EXCELLENT. Hence the 4 stars. I am currently dairy-free due to breastfeeding a baby with a dairy intolerance. I was really missing pizza, luckily someone in a group I’m in posted about the deliciousness of dairy-free pizza from MOD. I think the fact that this was my first pizza in a long time contributed to my overall amazing experience the first time around. My second time ordering food I had a co-worker pick-up my order. I wrote down my order for my co-worker and he handed the paper to whoever was behind the counter. I did not put cheese on my order for obvious reasons, however I guess a pizza with no cheese was just too strange for whoever was making my order so I ended up getting dairied. I was extremely disappointed, not to mention hungry, when I realized I couldn’t eat my lunch. So I called the store. They asked if I wanted a coupon for a new pizza, or if I wanted to come in and have a new one made. Since I knew I would be starving after work (breastfeeding takes a lot of energy) I opted for a remake of my pizza. When I got there, not only did they remake my pizza, they offered me a free drink while I waited, and then the person I spoke to on the phone came over (I believe he had already clocked out), realized who I was, apologized and still gave me a coupon for a free pizza for next time. Which I intend to use to evaluate their pizza for a third time. I hope it’s as good as...

I had a terrible day today. I decided I was going to go home and crash on the couch and just wait for tomorrow to come but I work up hungry around 5:45PM.

On bad days back home, I would snag my partner in crime, my niece the Munster, and we'd go to Mod Pizza, and she'd order a mod with as many pepperonis as they were willing to put on there. It's one of my happiest memories and I just needed some positivity.

I ordered my two pizzas one for tonight and one for lunch tomorrow and got into the car and by the time I made it there, they were done and ready to go.

I was really having a terrible day but your staff here was just so nice and positive that it made my day a little better. I'm surrounded by politics and doom all day and just getting a legitimate happy greeting and someone who didn't seem ready quit life was what I needed to get through the rest of the day.

The Pizzas great, the restaurant is clean and the staff is amazing. I can't stress to you enough how much better my day was because of your staff. Still a customer for life. Just got a new location...
