Main Squeeze Juice Co. — Restaurant in Webster

So I waited to leave a review to see if maybe it was an off day initially, but this is the third time my husband and I have visited and there has been some sort of hiccup every time. Our first visit we arrived and were told that the manager was running late and they had the only key. Ok, life happens, so we just waited in the parking lot until they opened. The second time we visited a little later in the morning to avoid that issue…well, they ended up just being closed all together for some reason - no holiday or anything. We assumed it was another issue with management. Today we placed an online order to pick up. When my husband arrived he gave his name and said he had an order to pick up. The gal working questioned him and asked if he ordered it for that store. He reassured her he used that address and the worker once again asked for his name. Apparently our order was sitting in the fridge already made so she bagged it up and handed it over. When my husband got home he pulled out our smoothie bowls and both of them were missing the additional toppings we had ordered. Each topping costs extra money, and checking our receipt, we were charged for all of it. I still gave 3 stars because we love the food, but we’ve just had some bad luck here. I'm on a journey to become a better version of myself, physically, mentally, and spiritually. With that, I have given up my morning Java with Starbucks and I have been going to Main Squeeze. This morning there was a system glitch regarding my drink and fresh food order. My food was corrected immediately, and the manager has since then reported the issue. I didn't realize the error in my beverage until I took my 1st sip (11 miles down the road). I was hesitant to call about it, but main Squeeze isn't cheap, lol. Anywho, I called the store, the manager asked me my location. Upon providing it she called the nearest Main Squeeze location and had them make me w new one! I am overjoyed. If you are a coffee drinker, then you will understand my excitement! Lastly, I just want to say that I TRULY APPRECIATE the STAFF at Both locations. (Bay Area & Pearland) They're ALWAYS so HELPFUL, PLEASANT, and ACOMMODATING. I'm convinced that the individuals at these two locations TRULY Love what they do. The main squeeze used to be my favorite smoothie place. I will NO longer be going back after yesterday's visit. A week ago, I got a text with a promotion for $5 for a dollar smoothies on Mondays for the month of November. I tried to order online and thru the app, and the prices did to reflect the sale. I called and sent them a Facebook messenger, and no luck. The phone just rings and rings. I placed an order for pick up yesterday at 7:15 AM. I got to the store, and nobody was there even tho the store is supposed to open at 7AM. My smoothie was nothing like before. I ordered the same drink. The drink looked like a cilantro dipping sauce. I have the pictures, and you can see how it's supposed to look vs. what I got. I was already running late and left. I no longer wanted to deal with an employee thst doesnt take their job seriously. This business is not like it used to be, hard to communicate with anyone, and the promotions prices are only granted in store. Also, PLEASE UPDATE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS.
