6/9/25 Tried again (happen to be in the area) and I would like to say THANK YOU for LISTENING; walked in, greeted by the 3 ladies. The 3 tonight worked as a team (1 seemed to be wrapping up drive through, the other busy working, while I'll Starlight Olivia whom seemed to be informed. Answered all my inquiries (trying to order something new...vegan nutty super grain & Mango Kale) and within minutes both orders were ready by the other two ladies. Two other guests walked in hand repeated; greeted by all 3, another Team Leader male walked out (presuming to see if they needed his help, as I walked out, soon did the other two guests behind me. BONUS no more flies!!!!!!!!
For transparency, I will leave previous review with this and UPDATE my 2 Stars (Overall) 5 Stars Food (Maintained) 2 Stars Service 1 Star Atmosphere so they public knows HOW MUCH you care for your guests, you made improvements!!!!
5 months ago 2025: (Sigh) Most of my experiences at every Smoothie King is excellent, friendly & warm (pun intended regarding the cold healthy treat in a cup). However today sadly wasn't one of them days. No one acknowledges that you walked inside. 2 on drive through? Odd with guests inside? Inquiries "may get" I don't know or Im not sure, um well whom do we ask about items you're selling? That's REALLY not good for business. :/ And the flies (I didn't notice at first), OMGOSH the flies; I couldn't focus upon that point. I just kept watching to ensure nothing gets near/on the food, what in the world is going on? I mentioned to the soft spoken gent & he acknowledged being aware of it....um this is so unhygienic. Luckily nothing seemed to be "out" but still; GROSS. (sigh) I will say smoothie was on point, as I like it. This by far is the MOST uncomfortable experience. Read moreI recently visited your location after undergoing a full wisdom tooth extraction, following the advice to get a smoothie to aid in my recovery. I ordered a Strawberry Hulk smoothie as it is high in calories and protein.
Upon receiving my smoothie, my mother requested a spoon since I was unable to use a straw due to my surgery. The employee informed us that we could only receive a spoon if we ordered a smoothie bowl. Despite explaining the necessity due to my medical condition and offering to pay any additional cost, the employee seemed irritated by our request. After consulting with another staff member, they handed us a spoon in a dismissive manner without further comment.
I understand that Smoothie King may have policies regarding utensil use. However, a degree of flexibility and empathy is important, especially when customers have specific needs. While I appreciate that we eventually received the spoon, the initial refusal and the employee's attitude were disappointing.
If I had been refused a spoon, I would have requested a refund and taken my business elsewhere. I hope that in the future, staff can be more understanding and accommodating to customers with...
Read moreI come to this place at least 2x a month. Today was one of the worst. I ordered my smoothies ahead of time online. I came 10 mins later than the pick up time they provided because I wasn't in a huge hurry. I get there and no one working there (out of 4) speaks to me or the person in front of me waiting to pick up. They were NOT busy, no line. Maybe 1 car at a time. The other person gets their order and I'm standing there trying to wait a few minutes before I ask, to be patient and polite. I finally interrupt them politely to ask the status of my order and they said, "are you Amanda?? Your order has been sitting here" and she pointed to BEHIND the counter (not in the pick up spot), but they were putting all other orders at the online pick up spot. There's no way I would have seen my order behind the wooden wall. She then said she didn't know I was waiting. How would she have known that? She never acknowledged me standing there for the 10 mins I was standing there. I'm done with this location. Always inconsistent and even their best service...
