I contacted Chipotle.com about my situation here last month and never got a response. I told them if nothing is done then I would leave my review online. On April 29, 2022... I went to Chiptole to get a Pollo Asado Chicken Bowl at 7:00pm. They close at 10pm. The lady said that they were all out and I asked when they would have more ready, so she asked the Blonde hair manager and she said 15-20 minutes. I didn't catch her name. I said I would be back then. 30 minutes later I come back and ask for the Pollo Asado Chicken Bowl she says they are out and I ask when they will have it ready, so she goes and asked the manager again and she says 15-20 minutes again. So I sit there and wait. While I am waiting a guy asked for the same thing and she says they are out. One lady comes in and asked for the Pollo Asado Chicken Bowl and immediately the same lady who told me they were out two times already and asked the manager twice goes to the drive thru meat area and gets the chicken. I don't know if it was a friend or not, but it was weird that both guys were told no and the one lady that ordered she immediately got it for her. I then go up there right after that and ask again and she goes right over to the drive thru area and comes back and says they are out, so I say I will wait then. After about 10 more minutes of waiting and realizing that I am not going to leave the manager comes out and says she will get my chicken bowl and goes to the drive thru area and gets the chicken. No extra chicken was made the entire 50 minutes I was there and none was still being made. She gave me a light portion of chicken, had an attitude while doing it, didn't apologize, give me a discount or anything. I was nice the whole time and said thank you and even tipped as it is not the employees fault that they have a bad manager. Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting Chipotle just before closing time, and I must say, the experience was exceptional thanks to one of the workers, Adrian. Even though it was late and the restaurant was about to close, Adrian's energy and enthusiasm were remarkable. He greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly patient as I placed my order.
Adrian's attention to detail was evident in the way he carefully prepared my meal, ensuring everything was just right. He didn't rush through the process, which I really appreciated, especially given the late hour. His professionalism and positive attitude made a significant difference in my dining experience.
Moreover, Adrian went above and beyond by checking in to make sure I had everything I needed before I left. It's rare to see such dedication and genuine care for customers, especially at the end of a long shift. Adrian truly exemplifies excellent customer service, and I hope his hard work is recognized.

Read moreI love Chipotle but this experience was sub par at best. Ordered in advance on line and had a pickup time of 1:40pm sat in line for 15 minutes while the truck in fron of me waited for food. Finally I got the the window 15 minutes after my food was ready and they told me it wasn't ready. I could see my food sitting there on the counter while they worked around it. After 10 more minutes of sitting there and multiple employees coming over and looking at the food then the ticket then do nothing about it. Finally an employee put lids on the two bowls gave us our food and apologized for the wait. I skipped across the street to eat because I was hauling a trailer. The food was ice cold and they didn't give us forks or napkins in the bag. Super bummed. You could tell that all the employees were very young and unorganized.
