KFC — Restaurant in Wenatchee

Firstly, I've never ate inside. I always go to drive-thru. Also, I just left a review on yelp so I'm going to copy paste it here as well:

Recently moved here from Vegas, and I have been pretty upset about the lack of Popeyes (as I've kind of got addicted to their spicy chicken sandwich).

Anyway, I'm in East Wenatchee at the moment, and I go across town to this location because the food has always been amazing! [Add - tried t east wenatchee location and was always dissatisfied for various reasons].

The main reason I'm leaving this review is because the guy who works here...he always has a great attitude, is friendly, helpful, and deserves all promotions...really they should probably make him the owner of this kfc (granted I have no idea what his actual job title is), but he is a top-notch employee! If you are reading this, thank you for all your effort, and keep up the good work!

My son got a student of the month award, so he got to have lunch with me. His request was KFC and he got what he wanted, and I'm sure you can tell from the pic that he was a happy boy!

Additional review stuff: The fries with the fry sauce are to die for and the spicy chicken sandwich here fills my empty popeye's chicken sandwich hole...

I ordered $100 worth of food for a gathering from KFC. For some reason I was charged twice. There was a glitch when I ordered and two of the exact orders were processed. When I picked it up they asked if I had two separate orders and I said no it was just the 1 order. They told me they couldn’t give me a refund even though I didn’t take the food home. Just my first order. I didn’t take both and I was still charged for both. A total of 2 100 dollar orders. I spoke to one of the male managers there and he said they couldn’t refund me because it was made online. He told me to contact the 1800 kfc number which I did. I spoke to an agent twice and they never sent me the confirmation email with the information saying that I was going to get a refund. Mind you I called twice. I reached out to the Wenatchee location once more and the manager said he would speak to the regional manager and nothing ever came from it. They never returned me my money and this incident happened in July. I have the information and numbers to prove that I spoke to a customer service agent. I am very disappointed with their...

First of all I would give this zero stars if I could. I went in today, I have came here plenty of times before. The service has been ok usually but today was horrid, I have no clue if the employees have been properly trained but it did not seem like it. I got the buffet meal that they have, I was expecting some very good fried chicken but the cookers there seemed to put what looked like; recycled fried chicken. you guys know what I am talking about, chicken that looks like they've been putting on display for days and the taste is just horrible, seems like you're chewing on plastic. The chicken wasnt even pleasent to the eye, I asked one of the cookers if they could put out some fresh fried chicken and instead they brought over some of their what seemed like left-overs. on top of that, the attitude these people had was not appreciated. I talked to them respectfully and they talked to me back so rude, like if it was my fault they didnt like their job! anyways, anyone who is a fan of KFC, I advice you to avoid this one as much as possible. you will leave...
