So there is this gal that works here, maybe a manager or something, but she has redish hair I believe and you may or may not observe her singing while she works. Anyways, she was outstanding and I appreciate her kindness and above-and-beyond customer service. After ordering at the front, I had been told 15 minutes for my order, waited and came back after 15 or so min, told the counter person my order from 15 min prior, and continued to stand there for probably 10 additional minutes while many other orders came were made and went out the door, only to find out that my order had been ready and sitting in the hot and ready area waiting for me and for whatever reason wasn't retrieved for me. Anyways, I had seen the red-headed gal going about her work making food and what-not, all the while singing along to the song playing, which is where I find it worth noting that she had a really pretty voice. After noticing me still at the front waiting after what had to have been close to 10 minutes past my told wait time, she came to the front to inquire about my order. Upon finding that my food had been ready and sitting there the entire time, she immediately started grabbing various items like the brownie bites, extra breadsticks, and extra dips all free of charge to include in my order, all the while sincerely apologizing for the mistake and pronged wait. I was not angry at all about it nor do I hold anything against anybody for any of it and will return here again and again in the future. Seemed like a simple oops somebody just didn't realize or whatever. Bottom-line here and purpose of this review is to acknowledge the redish haired gal who treated me wonderfully and to note that I enjoyed her lovely singing voice while I waited for my food:) I will find out her name and return to update this review so that...

I ordered a pizza and combined it with meal 2. So it added a 2 liter soda and some wings. The cashier was super nice. Made a mistake and charged me twice for a 2 liter. I asked him if he could return the charge. He went to get this lady manager. She didn't speak with me and just pushed some numbers on the register and walked away.
The guy cashier said he had to charge my card again and the refund would show up in a couple of days. No one spoke with me. All I had was $18 on my card. It barely covered my order. So no. They couldn't recharge my card if it takes a couple of days to refund. So guess who isn't eatting dinner tonight?
If I would have known this BEFORE this lady manager refunded the whole bill that would have saved me some greif. I was so upset I said I'm sorry I don't have the funds on my card. I was so embarrassed I just left the store after letting him know.
I could have had kept the charge grabbed another soda and been on my happy way but now I'm leaving the store hungry. I guess you could say I am upset and am writing...

He ask for one and she said Oky the time on the recite was 8:50 Oky 9:00 our Pitzza not ready my husband ask she asked for the recite and then throws it away and she just walks away I was mad by then i walk in and the cashier was leaving with a Pitzza in her hands 🤯🤬😡 I asked to speak to the manager so the employee that was there said what can I do for you by that time it was 9:20 I expanded what was going one she said were short staffed and were super!! Busy there was literally one person in there ....... and then she said there is nothing I can do and she keep making excuses why was it more important for the cashier to go home with ah Pitzza then to give it to ah customer that was waiting for over 20...
