JCPenney — Local services in Wenatchee

They have a sign back in Kids Dept that tells you where to pick up and return items...I got in that line on two different days and both times I was told to go to the back of the line on the opposite side even though I was there to pick up! The first time I got in line but couldn't stay in line because I have arthritis in my lower back and it was too painful! The second time someone was already being helped with a return on the correct side of the counter but the cashier looked up and told me to go get in the other line...so I just left! I never have picked up my item...I'll just let it go! It's not worth it...

I was looking at the Disney collection and there were two lady's working at the time; a blonde young woman and a red haired woman. I had to call someone over to help me and only then was I acknowledged. Instead of coming over or saying that she needed a minute, the blonde woman asked me if I was looking at something and THEN decided to approach me. She was very dismissive and her body language showed that she was very uninterested in whatever questions I had or pieces I wanted. I dropped off a piece of jewelry at the store to be sent out for repairs on 5/29/24. The store said they would contact me in a week with the price details, and they NEVER got back to me. I tried contacting them numerous times and could either not reach them or my calls were never returned. I finally got ahold of someone on 7/24/24 and found out my necklace had been fixed and was waiting for me. There were multiple issues in the stores system from voice message systems not being set up to bar...
