They have a sign back in Kids Dept that tells you where to pick up and return items...I got in that line on two different days and both times I was told to go to the back of the line on the opposite side even though I was there to pick up! The first time I got in line but couldn't stay in line because I have arthritis in my lower back and it was too painful! The second time someone was already being helped with a return on the correct side of the counter but the cashier looked up and told me to go get in the other line...so I just left! I never have picked up my item...I'll just let it go! It's not worth it...

I had to call someone over to help me and only then was I acknowledged. Instead of coming over or saying that she needed a minute, the blonde woman asked me if I was looking at something and THEN decided to approach me. She was very dismissive and her body language showed that she was very uninterested in whatever questions I had or pieces I wanted. Very disappointing, will definitely be looking elsewhere for any...

I tried contacting them numerous times and could either not reach them or my calls were never returned. I finally got ahold of someone on 7/24/24 and found out my necklace had been fixed and was waiting for me.
