Wenatchee location: If I could select negative stars I would. I went for a free consult with Yessica for a cut and highlights. As for the cut, I brought a picture, lots of layers! I asked her if she was comfortable doing soo many layers. She assured me she could do it. I specifically told her not to cut my hair into a bob! The color was just some blonde highlights to brighten my hair. Well...she did everything opposite of what I asked for. She chopped my hair off, the absolute worst haircut I've ever gotten! She put a toner in that made my hair some ugly dishwasher brown color. I was there 3 hours and not once did she make conversation with me...nothing!! I was charged 129.00, since I had to rush to work I didn't have time to complain, I went home, put my hair up as best I could and went to work fuming mad. It's absolutely horrible! I called 3 times and even stopped back in to speak with Olivia; the store manager. I left message after message but never got a call from her or anyone. I since got my hair recut elsewhere, another $55.00. I'm waiting to get the color fixed so not to fry my hair, I can't wait bc the color is awful. I FINALLY got a hold of Olivia, she never apologized for not getting back to me, however, after telling her what all transpired and asking for a refund, she did make sure to tell me that they don't refund money for those services but I could come back in and have Yessica fix it!! ARE YOU JOKING?? Absolutely not will I have her touch my hair ever again!! She then tells me she'll refund the $38 for the haircut but I'll have to eat the $91 for the highlights!!! I intend to get a full refund one way or another..$91.00 may not be much to Ultas employees but it's a lot to me especially when I have to pay someone else to redo my hair! I have a full video of my hair after this happened, I wish I could share it along side the pic of the cut and color I asked for..it's not just a few errors, it was a complete fail. I hate to say this but, Yessica needs more schooling or at least be honest and say, I'm not comfortable doing layers! As for the store manager not returning my calls as an unhappy customer, that is a HUGE problem. As for my money.... ..well, I'll let the DISTRICT manager decide. Oh and just FYI... the store manager was training another girl for management while I was there. They really should take their conversations (regarding basically scamming the customers into buying certain products over others) into a private area! Totally unprofessional and I for one will never shop there and believe me; everyone I know will...

I had such a bad experience at check out at this store that it ruined the product I purchased for myself and I will be returning it. The blonde woman checking me out walked away not once but twice in the middle of me asking a question. The first was on how to properly use my gift card, and I had to wait until she got back doing whatever she was doing. Unrelated, but having to scratch put a pin in for a gift card at the register seems like it should be unnecessary. Then I attempted to ask a question on the return policy when the transaction was done, which did not get answered because once again she literally walked away and opened another register instead of finishing up with me and answering my question.
This person is a manager.
The only thing that I could have done to warrant this animosity was I have issues with making eye contact. HOWEVER I still make a point to look and speak up when I'm talking with someone while wearing a mask because I know how hard it is to hear and how that can be frustrating. But I did look at her and spoke up, so I have no idea what I did to her to set her off like that. But frankly, customers shouldn't be someone's emotional punching bag on a bad day. No...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am done shopping at the Wenatchee ulta. The first time I went in there everyone was just standing around, I never got welcomed or asked if I were looking for anything. There was a ton of staff there too, just standing around talking to each other.. IT IS A NEW STORE, some people have never went into a ulta, such as myself, GET YOUR STAFF TO DO SOMETHING, it wasnāt even busy!
Today I went there and searched around forever just to find what I was looking for. Couldnāt find employees anywhere in the store. When I finally checked out there were two girls just standing at the register talking to each other. Funny thing is that there wasnāt even a line. š The lady who checked me out asked if I was a ulta member and that was it.. No other words were exchanged, no thank you- NOTHING.
From now on I will be ordering off of the internet, I will not support a store that employees lazy...
