Tonight I ordered the big box deal that came with a Chalupa, double stack taco, a burrito and chips. I requested to sub the chips with cinnatwists, and sub the double stack taco with a doritos Los taco instead. Not only did they not sub the chips, but they straight took my chalupa out! And gave me a doritos Los taco (with the double stack taco I wanted replaced still in my order) not to mention my burrito was NOTHING but beans and sour cream, no meat, no rice nothing. And my food was cold. During dinner rush no less when it should be fresh. This is the second day in a row they have royally messed up my order and when I try to call them it just rings and rings and rings but no one picks up. What happened Taco bell? Because your food service AND customer service has gone to sh*t. And since raising your prices you should AT LEAST get orders correct. I understand the occasional mishap, but this is twice in 2 days. And clearly by the reviews, I'm not the only customer getting screwed over. Oh, and maybe start answering your phone so you can at least attempt to make things right when customers try to contact u over messing up...
Read moreI asked them to make my order a specific way, they did not do as requested and instead put all of the sour cream in the bottom of my burrito and all the beef was in the top of my burrito. I went back to have them re make it, and the two ladies in the kitchen (one claimed to be the manager) were pointing at me and laughing and one of them said Pinche Greengo a couple words I couldn't make out and then the other one (the manager) said Pinche bendajo and some other words I couldn't make out. How is that professional?
Update: I was contacted and given a $10 promo code for an online order. I tried using said promo code and they messed up one of the items on my order, when I tried to get them to fix it the girl argued with me for 5 minutes before she actually did it. She said her name was Maria. I tried asking to speak with the manager and she said that was her, I said I want to speak to someone else because you don't see how you were in the wrong. Read moreWe went to this Taco Bell branch, while visiting our daughter's family in Wenatchee. I don't know if our service was typical, but our previous visit a few months back was similar. Our food was as anticipated, but we waited a long time for our order to come out. My husband even used the kiosk, because he's efficiant at getting our changes entered (omit cheese sauce from bean burritos, etc). Our order only consisted of 4 bean & rice burritos. There was just one other person indoors & he was still waiting after we received our order. In the mean time, order after order kept going out to the driver-thru (which was not a line when we arrived). A group of 3 people came indoors and waited at counter at least 5 min and were never acknowledged. They eventually left the building. My husband finally asked if they'd gotten his order from the kiosk. They said it was being made. He waited another 3-4 min. Sadly, out of seven employees working, no customers were being helped...
