EDITED TO ADD: Looking at reviews, I don't get pushy employees ever. They welcome me, ask if I'd like assistance or looking for anything in particular then if I tell them "no" kindly, they literally leave me alone. Unless u have am arm full of clothing, then they only offer to hold my things at the counter to make my shopping easier. I've NEVER had anyone ask twice if I say "no", never have anyone try selling me anything I don't want, and don't see what reviews talk of regarding "sharks". Maybe those employees are gone, maybe they made a point in training new employees to tell them not to be pushy, but I NEVER experience this at Buckle in Wenatchee! LOVE this store and employees. Jeans with lifetime warranty us WELL worth the cost. You can spend way more replacing cheaper jeans faster than you think. Just splurge if you can and get these jeans! Even if a jewelry comes off, which I've never had happen, they repair or replace the jeans! Love my Buckle store!
Love this place! The girls that helped me were so nice, and remembered my name when I went back in for more things! They cared enough to try to remember my name, which I think is so thoughtful. She also helped me find my size which I was having a...
Read moreWhen I entered the store (only to look at the shirts) an employee approached me and commented on my work pants that I was wearing. He said I should be looking for a new pair of pants(like he was judging my appearance right away anf made me feel uncomfortable) he then tried to take me to the selection he wanted to sell. I told him that I was not shopping for pants, only shirts and he continued to be pushy and grabbed a pair and handed them to me to feel. I said no thank you I'm not interested in jeans I never wear them anyway. He then proceed to debate that I should. By this time I was annoyed and slowly stepped away and walked out of the store. I work in retail, and customer service should not be that pushy at all. I don't think I'll ever...
Read moreThe Buckle is my main source of clothing. I used to live in Spokane and loved going in store to shop. However, I avoid the Wenatchee store as best as I can. The employees at this store (not all, but most) are extremely pushy and make it very obvious that they are working off of commission. To the point that it makes you uncomfortable to even just look around. They’re friendly but they’re sharks. It’s like going to a car lot. Please work on this so shoppers can better enjoy your store instead of shopping online. Asking people right off of the bat when they last tried on jeans when they aren’t insterested in jeans, is not the way to...
