We came here right after this location opened. It was a very good experience. We’ve back twice since and both times the service has been terrible. Tonight was the worst. There were plenty of open tables when we got there so it was not busy at all. From the time we got seated, no one came to our table to take our order for about 5-6 minutes. The waiter took our drink order and disappeared. About 5 minutes later, someone brought our ice teas over, with almost no ice so they were warm. We had to ask for straws and silverware. 15 minutes later, we still saw no sign of our waiter. We almost walked out of the restaurant as we had been there for almost 25 minutes and still hadn’t ordered. Right before we walked, the waiter finally came to take our order. Our chips and salsa came out in a reasonable time but they never gave us napkins. When our main dishes came out we were able to ask the expediter for napkins (our waiter was nowhere to be found). We were also missing the ranch dip for my wife’s food so we asked for that as well. It never came… I was halfway through my meal before the waiter came by and asked “how is everything?”. I told him I had asked the expediter for our missing ranch dip but it never came.” He offered to get it and disappeared. I saw him serving other customers but seemed to put our ranch dip at the lowest priority. About 10 minutes later, he finally came back with the ranch. We had been there almost an hour by this point and we now finally had everything we ordered. The food wasn’t bad, but the service is awful! Each time we were missing things, we couldn’t find anyone to give us what we needed. I almost went to the bathroom to get paper towels because we couldn’t find anyone to give us a napkin. Read moreFood and servers are great. But somehow. Every time we go there, our order is never right. It's always missing something, or it's the wrong item. I'm starting to think maybe it's the clicking too fast on the tablets when they take our order.
Okay this is an update as of 1/9/25 This Chili's is officially on my do not return list. I Like to think my partner and I are not terribly picky or big complainers. But after today this will be our last time returning to this establishment. We went for Lunchish/Dinner at 3pm. Restaurant was not busy or slammed. Couple people here and there but you can tell it was slow. Our server seemed like she did not want to be there. And that's ok we all have those days. We order our food. Burger and Fries and the Fajita platter. Burger was ok and my Fries where salted way too much. Almost like someone accidentally knocked a bag of salt in the fries. Basically was not edible. Server was also non existent. When it came time for us ready to go we needed to go boxes. Again server is non existent. Felt like I was being held hostage just to get a to go box. So my partner walks up to the bar and asks for some boxes. The server pops up and says "oh I'll grab them". 10mins later she shows up with only 1 box... We asked for another one and she said sure. Again... felt like being held hostage. We got tired of waiting so long just for one box. We just decided to leave with what we had in the other box. Read moreHave had several negative experiences with staff when dining in, so wanted to try ordering to go, because the food has always been good. The signage in the to-go spaces says "relax, we'll come to you." There was a staff member who dropped off an order to another car, looked at my vehicle (the only other one there) and went inside. I waited about 10 minutes total before deciding to go inside. I saw my order sitting on the shelf, but was unsure if I was supposed to just grab it or if I needed to sign a receipt. I waited at the to-go area where several staff walked by, most of whom didn't even look up at me. Finally, a young man came to the to-go register and I asked if it was okay to grab my order or if they needed anything else. He said I could just take it. I asked if the staff do not come outside to drop off orders carside anymore. He asked if I had the app/checked in on the app. I didn't, my husband ordered in his phone via the website - not the app. The young man being kind was the only good part of the experience. Got the food home and it was cold, as it had been sitting on their shelf when I was waiting in the parking lot. I really wanted to like this Chili's, and gave several chances but will not spend anymore money here. Two people specifically who get an honorable mention - one with bangs (who has waited on us before) walked past me more than once empty handed and would not bother to look up.
