The woman at the front taking orders and taking phone calls is very friendly. We ordered our wings well done and called ahead to make sure the wings were done properly (4th consecutive order made incorrectly). The wings were indeed not well done and the lady asked for the manager's assistance to help us with getting this done properly. The Manger said "I am too busy right now". The lady at the front requested once again for assistance because there is only so much she can do. The manger proceeded to ignore her and make eye contact with me multiple times but will not make an effort to help. This is not the first inadequate experience with this manager. On the first day of opening we called ahead about a coupon we had online that we wanted to use in store because the online ordering was not up, they stated to let them ask the manager and came back to say we will take it off when you come in. I went to the store and tried to use the coupon on arrival but, it was an online order only. Over the phone it was confirmed that we could use it since the online ordering was shut down. She called the manager (same one) over and I explained that "the lady on the phone said that the coupon is good after she put the phone down to ask a Manger." And he proceeds to say "well there's no female manager here so you are wrong and we won't take this coupon". Moral of the story. The gentleman that is managing the store when we come had been unapproachable to his emoloyees and inadequate for customer service. He does not help his front workers at all. He does not bother to assist the employees or customers when their is a customers in need of assistance. Multple other customers with issues while I'm in store and several reviews with similar complaints. Read morePlaced an online order at 6:25 pm on July 30th. email says it’ll be done 25-30 mins. We show up at 7 pm, order isn’t ready. There is a group of kids/ and like one guy sitting out front smoking. Go back in to check on it they said someone quit, there was like 8 other customers waiting, no one would answer phones, they would do one order at a time and had all of us there for hours. I get home (which is a 20 min drive from there) my fries are cold and had been sitting there since before they handed us our food. I tried one as we left the lot. The chicken sandwich was pretty decent. And we get home and we ordered 20 buffalo wings and 20 Lemon pepper. No wing preference on both. The one who loves drums got nothing but flats not 1 drum. And the one who loves flats got not a single flat. And couldn’t switch cus we both got the flavors we wanted. Wings were very mid, soft, not hot, not enough sauce and was overall just disgusting. Had 5 workers in there walking and talking like high schoolers who can’t work to save their life. And the bigger lady at the front counter just kept standing there and kept saying 5 mins after I sat in their parking lot for 2 HOURS! as soon as they open I’m calling for a full refund, that was absolutely ridiculous, might as well just closed the store atp. I didn't eat the product I kept calling no answer just do they could make the correct order my supervisor was going to let me go back but since they didn't answer I couldn't risk using the rest of my lunch to go back. After I got off I went back returned tje wrong order I received my correct order with no apologies but the manager said she would refund my money for the inconvenience in 5 days . After a week I week back to tje location because I never received the refund. The same manager then tells me it has to go through her manager then corporate office fir the refund. It's been almost 1month still no refund. Keep in mind my co worker and I never got to eat on our lunch break. We never was able to eat anything while working.
