Starbucks — Restaurant in Wentzville

Nearly every single time I order at this location I have to wait about 30 minutes or so past the time the mobile app says my order will be ready. Why? Because they mark it as ready well before they put it on the counter. This is incredibly frustrating, as I’m a busy person and only order food/drinks while out when I’m on a time crunch. What makes it even more frustrating is they make the food before the drink, meaning sometimes I get the food right away but don’t get the drink for 30 more minutes. By that time my food is cold. I’m not to stand there and eat my food while I wait in line for my drink. No other location I’ve been to does this consistently. I’m going to start avoiding this location solely because of this. Had the WORST experience here today! My money is well wasted today. Should've just threw it away. I ordered 3 dairy free frappuccinos today which required no caramel sauce or whupped cream and coconut milk... well the lady making the drinks put caramel sauce all over the top. After telling her I ordered with no caramel she got rude and tried to scoop it off the top and give the drinks back. I told her we can't have the caramel and you can see it all in the inside of the cup. Well she got an attitude and "remade" our drinks. If I could give a ZERO, I would. This location needs a suprise Corp visit ASAP!!. This location is so far from the standard of starbucks customer service!!! You walk in, no one says hello, you stand by the register and no one acknowledges you, store is dirty and they are very slow(took 12 mins to make my drink, with only 2 customers)!!! I've tried to come to this location and give them multiple tries, but I will be going back to the one on Hwy K(15 miles further), just because of the amazing service they have there.
