**Response to owners reply- I seen no other way to reply so—
Sorry but yes “decorate them in the am so they are best”. But that’s no reason to not be ready. I have a text from her at 7;17 that she was still waiting for the order. Also your employee was quoted as saying “I have no idea I just work here “ when asked a specific question about the issues with the order. The fact that you push all those Round cupcakes that you take so Much time to decorate them and then you squish all into a box so tight as to make them square in appearance is wrong in any bakers mind. Every other business that charges these prices (even before COVID and after) use a container they had slots for these so they don’t roll around etc. for example Classy Girl(whom I will continue to use) Milwaukee Cupcakes when they were here to name a few all package properly.
I did not order a Sam’s Club or Kroger bakery cupcake- sorry (A few steps up from grocery store cupcakes was the clear expectation as evidenced by the price )
Sorry there is no way to make it up - the only offer that morning was a “free donut” while she waited (end of reply)
I ordered last week approx 65.00 worth of cupcakes for today to be ready for a 7am pick up. 1. Order not ready for pick up 2. Look NOTHING. Like your advertisement - no care at all!! 3. You shoved them all Together into a box to be squished unbelievable 4 in didn’t get the flavors I I had ordered for the large 6 cupcakes either
These were to hand out for a birthday celebration at school
Never again and hope the public sees this lack of care and professionalism. Word of mouth is everything. You...
Read moreIf you are looking for a affordable and tasty wedding cake with easy to work with staff in the greater Milwaukee area, look no further than Aggie's bakery.
Originally my wife was planning to make her own cake, since she is a pastry chef by trade; however, the timeframe didn't allow for us to go that route and planning all of the various things like delivery, baking, designing became infeasible for a bride to be.
We found Aggie's on Google and decided to give them a try. The staff was wonderful, and Rachel made the tasting process extremely easy and fun. They were extremely easy to work with and took care of all of our concerns from delivery, topper placement, and custom designs.
While the actual taste of cakes, fillings, and frostings during the tasting left our buds wanting more. Some of the flavors seemed straight out of a can or box brand but the easy and accessible layout, budget, and handling were what sold us and we were pleasantly surprised.
The cake was moist, lucious, and airy. The berry fillings tasted fresh and had a zesty pop. The frosting was rich and creamy, and you could not tell the difference between the actual cake and the sheet extras.
Do not be fooled by the tasting, these bakers know what they are doing and with a little bit of direction put together gorgeous tiered cakes!
The cake became one of the highlights of our wedding, and I don't even like cake that much!
Do yourself a much needed favor, and choose Aggie's. They will take care of you, and at the end of it all; the only worry you will have is how to add an additional notch onto that belt from all the delicious cake...
Read moreI’m extremely disappointed in the customer no service I received when I ordered my 9 year old a birthday cake. They should not use buttercream when describing a frosting if it does not taste like buttercream.I ordered from here multiple times their red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. For my son’s birthday I decided to order him a birthday cake from the website. My son is on the autism spectrum so he has a pallet that he can distinguish differences in flavors. I allow him to eat cake knowing he will only eat the frosting and at this point all he’s ever ate was buttercream so that is the flavor…or so I thought when I ordered his cake. When I cut the cake the same day I purchased it I noticed he did not devour the frosting like he normally would so I cut a piece for myself. I thought maybe there was a mix up in the frosting so I called Aggie’s and explained that I had ordered buttercream. I was told by Racheal that most people think their buttercream is whipped but it is not whipped and I could bring in the cake for them to re frost. My husband then called the next day to negotiate a price for them to make a new cake when we were told we would have to pay full price if we wanted a new cake. I wasn’t looking for any money back just for them to meet us in the middle. Before the weekend is up I will be taking by business to Grebies where where I have always received good customer service....
