Horrible. I hate being "that guy", but I've spent nearly 30 years in the restaurant industry, so I recognize a poorly managed operation. This is a poorly managed operation. Today, I stopped in for a quick sandwich. Granted, they were busy with lots of people waiting for food, but I stepped up to the counter to place my order and was ignored. Nobody was taking orders at all. 4 people working in the kitchen area, nobody working the counter, and they all clearly went out of their way to avoid eye contact with anyone. I waited 10 minutes while a line grew behind me. Closest I came to placing my simple order was when someone came out of the back of the store and punched out for the day. A couple more minutes waiting, I finally left. I went up the street to Jimmy John's. Ordered, got my food, back to my car. On a whim I drove BACK to Cousin's...the same people were still standing in line waiting to order. My guess, I was probably done eating before I would have even received my food here. Do I blame the employees I saw? A little....a simple "I"ll be right with you" would have gone a long way. But Management? This is on you. Train your people! Organize your operation! Read moreDon't bother wasting your time going to this cousins. I waited 30 mins for 2 half subs when they were NOT BUSY despite what the manager would say(5 orders is not much in fast food). The manager is a useless cow that can't even take an order properly and gives you attitude for just walking in the door. The ugly pizza faced employee named emilio is a rude little brat who needs his mamma to spank him once in a while. They are ALL slower than children in special ED. They blast awful rap music out of the back that drowns out all the sound in the restaurant. Awful experience would give it a 0 star rating if possible. I decided I wanted a refund and while waiting for the manager to come back up front I got sneering and passive aggressive comments by the staff and even more rude remarks from the manager while she slowing refunded me. I went home and made my own food that tasted 1000% better than something a greasy little geek slopped together for me. P.S. Too the owner who responded. Respect is something your employees did not earn after the way they treat your customers, I'm not the first person with the exact same experience with the exact same employees and the reviews go back over a year to prove my point. Read moreI am extremely unhappy with my visit. This is the Cousins that I always go to and never have I had such poor service. I had an made an online order including two subs, soup and fries. When I went to pick up my order they handed me ONE sub in a bag and went on with what they were doing. So I politely said that I was missing my other items and waited. The young lady handed me another bag that was STILL missing my complete order. So I said again that it was missing what I ordered.. And waited. Then I finally got my complete order and decided to check my subs to make sure they were correctly made. They weren't! So I went back to the counter extremely angry this time, and told them their service was absolutely ridiculous. The manager was very unprofessional and the other three workers seemed as if they had no clue what they were supposed to do. I'm very, very unhappy. This restaurant needs new management and my service will be taken elsewhere until then! I'm giving one star because I don't have the option of posting...
